He is the former mayor of Cape Town, a position he held for two nonconsecutive terms from May 2009 until June 2011 and again from November 2018 until October 2021. Harold McGluwa is a South African politician serving as a Member of the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature since 2012. A member of the Democratic Alliance (DA), he has been its provincial leader in the Northern Cape since 2020. He was the DA's provincial chairperson from 2012 to 2020. He is also the party's chief whip in the legislature. McGluwa was the provincial head of the previous Independent Democrats (ID).

A member of the Democratic Alliance, Clarke served as a councillor in the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality from 2004 until her election to the Gauteng Provincial Legislature as a DA representative in 2014. After serving one term in the provincial legislature, Clarke was elected to the National Assembly of South Africa in 2019. She currently serves as Shadow Minister of Health after previously serving as Shadow Deputy Minister of Public Service and Administration and as Shadow Deputy Minister of Public Enterprises.
Andrew Grant Whitfield is a South African politician who has been the Shadow Minister of Police since 2019 and a Member of the National Assembly for the Democratic Alliance since 2019 and previously from 2014 to 2016. Having served as the provincial chairman of the DA in the Eastern Cape from 2017 to 2023, he is currently the provincial leader of the party and the leader of the party's Tsitsi-Kouga Constituency. Whitfield had previously served on the Nelson Mandela Bay city council and in the Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature.

Prior to his tenure in the National Assembly, Stubbe was a Member of the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature.

Samantha Jane Graham is a South African politician from the Eastern Cape who was elected to the National Assembly of South Africa in the 2019 general election as a member of the Democratic Alliance. Graham has been the party's Shadow Minister of Electricity since 2023. Graham served as the shadow deputy minister of public works and infrastructure from 2019 to 2020 and as the shadow minister for the portfolio between 2020 and 2023. She is a former councillor of the Dr Beyers Naudé Local Municipality.
Denis Joseph is a South African politician from the Western Cape. A member of the Democratic Alliance, he was elected as a permanent delegate to the National Council of Provinces in 2011. He served in the NCOP until his election to the Western Cape Provincial Parliament in 2014. After the 2019 election, Joseph returned to Parliament to serve as an MP in the National Assembly.
