Fraser Watts (born 5 June 1979) is a Scottish cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman. He began his cricket career playing for Carlton Cricket Club in Edinburgh. He demonstrated significant potential early on and when aged 16 won a sports scholarship to Durham School where he completed the last 2 years of his education. Watts has returned to play for Carlton, following a stint at Greenock, in the SNCL and also enjoyed a stint as the opening batsman for the Scottish national team. He was part of the Scottish team that travelled to the West Indies for the Cricket World Cup in 2007. He played in two of their group games but had to pull out of their final game at the last minute due to a groin strain on the morning of the match.
He was educated at South Morningside Primary, Boroughmuir High School, Durham School and then Loughborough University.
As a batsman, Watts is renowned for his flowing locks and cover drives. Formerly a seam bowler, he once removed Dan Marsh twice during a six wicket haul against Leicestershire CCC whilst playing for Loughborough University; however he has since failed to get a bowl for any of his club sides in Scotland.
Watts was voted 24th most eligible bachelor in Scotland in a Scotland on Sunday special feature in 2006. [1]
In 2013, Fraser announced his retirement [2] from International Cricket. Since his retirement from international cricket, Fraser has continued to turn out at club level for Carlton Cricket Club.
Apart from cricket he enjoys many other sports, including golf and football.
Brian Charles Lara, is a Trinidadian former international cricketer, widely acknowledged as one of the greatest batsmen of all time. Nasser Hussain is a British cricket commentator and former cricketer who captained the England cricket team between 1999 and 2003, with his overall international career extending from 1990 to 2004. A pugnacious right-handed batsman, Hussain scored over 30,000 runs from more than 650 matches across all first-class and List-A cricket, including 62 centuries. His highest Test score of 207, scored in the first Test of the 1997 Ashes at Edgbaston, was described by Wisden as "touched by genius". He played 96 Test matches and 88 One Day International games in total. In Tests he scored 5,764 runs, and he took 67 catches, fielding predominantly in the second slip and gully.

Kumar Chokshanada Sangakkara born 27 October 1977 is a Sri Lankan former professional cricketer who represented Sri Lanka in 134 Test matches from 2000 to 2015, including fifteen as captain. Rashid Latif, is a Pakistani cricket coach and former cricketer who played for the Pakistan national cricket team in Tests and One Day Internationals from 1992 to 2003 as a right-handed wicket-keeper batsman. He also served as the captain of the Pakistan team in 2003, leading the country in 6 Test and 25 one-day matches.
Khaled Mashud, popularly known as Khaled Mashud Pilot is a former Bangladeshi cricketer and a captain in Tests and ODIs. A wicketkeeper and middle order batsman, he was a regular member of the national team between 1995 and 2007. Bangladeshi coach Dav Whatmore claimed Mashud as the "best wicketkeeper in Asia." He contributed to Bangladesh's first ever ODI hat-trick by taking two catches off Shahadat Hossain's bowling. After the international retirement in 2008, he continued to play domestic cricket in Bangladesh as captain of the Rajshahi Division team. Mashud announced his retirement from domestic cricket after captaining his team to win the title in 2011.
Nicholas Verity Knight is an English cricket commentator and former England cricketer. A left-handed opening batsman and a fine fielder, Knight played in 17 Test Matches and 100 One Day Internationals before announcing his retirement from international cricket after the 2003 World Cup.
Matthew James Hoggard, is a former English cricketer, who played international cricket for England cricket team from 2000 to 2008, playing both Test cricket and One Day Internationals. The 6' 2" Hoggard was a right arm fast-medium bowler and right-handed batsman.
Farokh Manecksha Engineer is an Indian former cricketer. He was a wicket-keeper-batsman, usually an opening batsman, who represented India in 46 Test matches from 1961 to 1975. In first-class cricket, he played for Bombay from 1959/60 to 1974/75, for West Zone from 1961/62 to 1974/75, and for Lancashire County Cricket Club from 1968 to 1976.
