"Friday",also known as "Friday (Dopamine Re-Edit)",is a song recorded by English DJ and producer Riton and Scottish-American house music project Nightcrawlers featuring internet personalities Mufasa &Hypeman with uncredited vocals by Samantha Harper. It was released on 15 January 2021 through Ministry of Sound. The song heavily samples the MK remix of Nightcrawlers' "Push the Feeling On" (1992). [1] It reached number one in Flanders and Poland,and the top 10 in Germany,Italy,Ireland,Lithuania,the Netherlands,the United Kingdom and Wallonia,as well as the top 20 in Australia and in Canada.
In early 2020,Mufasa &Hypeman started gaining viral success through dance clips and meme videos. [2] English DJ Riton and producers The Invisible Men became aware of the duo through their viral videos on YouTube. [3] About the collaboration,he revealed,"They are the only people who should be allowed to use social media in 2021! They got a lot of people through 2020,and so it's only right to make a song out of it and do it all again in 2021". [4]
The official music video for "Friday" features Mufasa waking the cameraman up,then joining Hypeman and some friends to dance on a boat,in a house,near a car,and in a desert. The video features some of Mufasa's viral dancing,as well as Riton DJing and John Reid of Nightcrawlers appearing to "sing" his sampled vocals from the original "Push the Feeling On" remix.

Nightcrawlers is a British-American house music project from Glasgow, Scotland and Chicago, Illinois, assembled by producer, DJ and vocalist John Reid.
"Push the Feeling On" is a house song by the Scottish music group Nightcrawlers and American DJ Marc Kinchen (MK). The original version released in 1992 was also partially disco and acid jazz-influenced and was a minor chart hit in the United Kingdom. The song was later remixed extensively by Kinchen, creating a series of additional remixes for the song. One remix known as "Push the Feeling On (MK Dub Revisited Edit)" became an international chart hit in 1995, reaching the top 10 in various European countries, including the UK, where it peaked at number three.
"Turn Me On" is a song by English DJ Riton and Dutch producer Oliver Heldens featuring English-American singer Vula. It was released on 13 September 2019 through Ministry of Sound Recordings. The drop fully incorporates the main melody from Yazoo's 1982 classic "Don't Go" while some of the lyrics reference 1977 song "Doctor Love" by American band First Choice. Marshall Jefferson released a remix of the song on 1 November 2019, which was well received by the two lead artists of the track. The single reached number one on Billboard's Dance/Mix Show Airplay Chart in November 2019, allowing Riton, Heldens, and Vula to each top that chart for the first time.
"Head & Heart" is a song by British DJ and producer Joel Corry and British singer MNEK. It was released as a single on 3 July 2020. The song reached number one on the UK Singles Chart in July 2020, becoming the first chart-topper for both Corry and MNEK in their native country. The song has also entered the US Billboard Hot 100; it is the first and second entry on the chart for Joel Corry and MNEK, respectively. The song was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2021 Brit Awards.
