Frisco is an unincorporated community in Franklin County, Illinois, United States. Frisco is 4.5 miles (7.2 km) northeast of Ewing.

Liberty High School is a public high school located in the city of Frisco, Texas, United States. It is classified as a 5A school by the UIL. It is a part of the Frisco Independent School District located in east central Collin County, and is currently one of nine high schools in the district. The school initially opened in 2006 in what is now Fowler Middle School and the following year opened in its own building on Rolater Road. In 2015, the school was rated "Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency. It has a rivalry with Centennial High School, which the students refer to as the "Rolater Rumble”
Justin Wakeland High School is a public high school located in Frisco, Texas, United States. It is classified as a 5A school by the University Interscholastic League (UIL). It is a part of the Frisco Independent School District, and is one of nine district high schools. It opened on August 14, 2006. Most sophomores and juniors were transferred from Frisco High School due to the expansion of the city and Frisco ISD. Incoming freshmen usually come from Griffin Middle School, Cobb Middle School, and others from Staley Middle School. In 2015, the school was rated "Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency.

The first annual Frisco Bowl, it featured the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs of Conference USA and the SMU Mustangs of the American Athletic Conference. It began at 7:00 PM CST and aired on ESPN. It was one of the 2017–18 bowl games that concluded the 2017 FBS football season. Sponsored by DXL, a retailer of men's big and tall apparel, the game was officially known as the DXL Frisco Bowl. The Bulldogs decisively beat the Mustangs by a score of 51–10.
