From Nothing to a Little Bit More is the second studio album by English indie rock band the Lathums. It was released on 3 March 2023 through Island. The album reached number one on the UK Albums Chart.
After releasing their debut record How Beautiful Life Can Be, the band went to work on their next album. After previously working with James Skelly on their debut album, the band chose the idea of bringing on Jim Abbiss as producer, who is known for producing Arctic Monkeys' debut record Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not & Editors' debut record The Back Room.
During the recording of the album, Johnny Cunliffe had left the band. This would be the last album to feature him on bass. The band posted a statement about his departure later on during the summer, with no real reason given. He would be replaced by Matty Murphy. He joined the band on bass guitar but he wasn't dubbed as an official member until later on down the line.
The album was announced on 27 October 2022, accompanied by the release of the single "Say My Name". [1] The band referred to the album as an "act of rebellion having seen the rules of the game". [2] A 10-date UK tour promoting the record was announced the same day. [3]
The band promoted the album by doing a record store tour, with the group playing shows in record stores around the UK. This tour ran from 15 May, all the way to 30 May. They made an appearance on Sunday Brunch on Channel 4, performing their single, Struggle.
The album released on 3 March 2023 on both streaming services and on physical formats. Later down the line, the band released an extended edition, with live versions of some of the songs and bonus tracks, featuring Matty Murphy on bass for the first time.
The album received better reviews from critics, with The Telegraph being enthused with the album. Emma Harrison, of the Telegraph, stated that 'it’s been one hell of a journey and the band have navigated their way though various difficult emotional experiences which include the breakdown of frontman Alex Moore’s first ever serious relationship. Struggle, the melancholy yet hopeful opening track on the album, sets the tone; the band have found salvation in music'. Rolling stone gave the album a four out of five, with them stating that it's been 'eighteen months after landing a number-one debut record' and saying 'here comes the varied second album from the Wigan trio.' Clash magazine stated that it was full of 'little touches' and 'flourishes' which showcase their maturity.
With critical reception being more positive, fan reception was favourable, with some distaste towards some of the tracks, such as Rise and Fall, Crying Out and Undeserving. While fans generally liked the album, they favoured the previous album more than their sophomore record.

Headquarters is the third studio album by the American pop rock band the Monkees, released in 1967 by Colgems Records. It was issued after the first season of their television series had concluded and was the first album on which the group members made substantial songwriting and instrumental contributions, rather than relying on session musicians and professional songwriters. After a struggle for creative autonomy with their record label, the group had been allowed, to a degree, to record by themselves. Revolution in Me is the debut solo album by Siobhán Donaghy, on 29 September 2003. The album debuted, and peaked, at #117 on the UK Albums Chart. Her forename is stylised as 'Siobhan' for this album, as opposed to the correct styling of 'Siobhán'. The album was reviewed well in European countries, including Sweden and Finland. The album was released with the Copy Control protection system in some regions. Two singles were released from the album: "Overrated" and "Twist of Fate".
Liege & Lief is the fourth album by the British folk rock band Fairport Convention. It is the third album the group released in the UK during 1969, all of which prominently feature Sandy Denny as lead female vocalist, as well as the first to feature future long-serving personnel Dave Swarbrick and Dave Mattacks on violin/mandolin and drums, respectively, as full band members. It is also the first Fairport album on which all songs are either adapted (freely) from traditional British and Celtic folk material, or else are original compositions written and performed in a similar style. Although Denny and founding bass player Ashley Hutchings quit the band before the album's release, Fairport Convention has continued to the present day to make music strongly based within the British folk rock idiom, and are still the band most prominently associated with it.
Private Audition is the sixth studio album by American rock band Heart, released on May 20, 1982, by Epic Records. The album reached number 25 on the US Billboard 200, spending 14 weeks on the chart. It spawned the single "This Man Is Mine", which peaked at number 33 on the Billboard Hot 100. It is the last Heart album to feature longtime members Mike Derosier and Steve Fossen, who left after the recording of the album and were replaced by Denny Carmassi and Mark Andes.
"Showdown" is a 1973 song written by Jeff Lynne and recorded by the Electric Light Orchestra (ELO). It was the band's last contemporary recording to be released on the Harvest label. "Give a Little Bit" is the opening song on Supertramp's 1977 album Even in the Quietest Moments... The song was released as a single that same year and became an international hit for the band, peaking at number 15 on the Billboard Pop Singles chart. It was a chart hit in the band's native UK, reaching number 29 on the UK Singles Chart. The single was re-released in 1992 to raise funds for the ITV Telethon Charity event, but failed to chart.
Hit the Highway is the third studio album by the Scottish folk rock duo the Proclaimers, released in March 1994 by Chrysalis Records. It took them six years to follow their second album, Sunshine on Leith. The album included three singles: "Let's Get Married", "What Makes You Cry?" and "These Arms of Mine". Jekyll + Hyde is the fourth studio album by American country music group Zac Brown Band. It was released on April 28, 2015. The album's lead single, "Homegrown", was released on January 12, 2015. The Best of Thunder: Their Finest Hour is the first compilation album by English hard rock band Thunder. Happiness Begins is the fifth studio album by American pop rock band Jonas Brothers, released on June 7, 2019, by Republic Records. It is their first studio album since Lines, Vines and Trying Times (2009). For the record, the band enlisted producers Ryan Tedder, Greg Kurstin, Justin Tranter, along with Joel Little, Mike Sabath and Shellback to help create a "new and improved sound" with "feel-good tracks" pop album.

The Lathums are an English indie rock band from Wigan, Greater Manchester. They are formed of singer/songwriter and guitarist Alex Moore, lead guitarist Scott Concepcion, bassist Matty Murphy and drummer Ryan Durrans, and are managed by Alfie Skelly. They were created by The Music Project, a stage school specialising in music, art, games and media, in April 2018 after their tutor placed them in the same project group, and within a year they signed with Island Records. They released their debut album, How Beautiful Life Can Be, on 24 September 2021. It debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart on 1 October 2021.
C'mon You Know is the third solo studio album by English musician Liam Gallagher, released on 27 May 2022 through Warner Records. Andrew Wyatt served as the album's primary producer and co-writer. It was preceded by lead single "Everything's Electric", co-written by Dave Grohl, which charted at #18 on the UK Singles Chart, becoming Gallagher's first solo single to reach the UK Top 20. "C'mon You Know", "Better Days","Diamond in the Dark", "Too Good for Giving Up" and "More Power" were also subsequently released as singles. The album was released the same day as Gallagher's second live album Down by the River Thames. Gallagher toured Europe, Oceania and Latin America in support of the album.
Last Night in the Bittersweet is the fourth studio album by Scottish singer-songwriter Paolo Nutini, released on 1 July 2022 by Atlantic Records. Two songs from the album, "Through the Echoes" and "Lose It", were jointly released on 11 May 2022. Last Night in the Bittersweet is Nutini's first release in eight years, following his third studio album, Caustic Love (2014).

There's Nothing but Space, Man! is the debut studio album by English singer and songwriter Sam Ryder, released on 9 December 2022 through Parlophone Records. The album was written and recorded by Ryder before and after his participation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2022, working with writers and producers including TMS, Tre Jean-Marie and Jamie Hartman. Primarily a pop and pop rock record, with elements of other genres including dance-pop and folk, it features guest appearances from David Guetta and Sigala.
