History

The Galeries Tower Highrisers joined the Premier Volleyball League in 2023. [1] [2] The team debut in the 2023 Second All-Filipino Conference. [3] The team is owned by Grand Taipan Land Development Inc. [1]

The Premier Volleyball League (PVL) is the top-level women's professional volleyball league in the Philippines organized by Sports Vision Management Group, Inc. The league began in 2004 as the Shakey's V-League (SVL), a women's collegiate league. In 2017 the league was renamed into Premier Volleyball League.
