The 2025 Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference will be the 22nd conference of the Premier Volleyball League and the third conference and fourth and final tournament of the 2024–25 season. The sixth Reinforced Conference will feature twelve teams with one foreign guest player allowed on each team. The tournament will be held sometime after September 2025, following the Philippines' hosting of the 2025 FIVB Men's Volleyball World Championship.
