Gol Akhar (Persian : گل آخر‎, also Romanized as Gol Ākhar and Gol Ākher; also known as Gol Ākhūr, Gol Ākhvor, Kurah Haz, and Qara Khar)^[1] is a village in Ujan-e Gharbi Rural District, in the Central District of Bostanabad County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 813, in 158 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Ujan-e Gharbi Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Bostanabad County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 10,458, in 1,940 families. The rural district has 25 villages.
