Hasan Sara (Persian : حسن سرا‎, also Romanized as Ḩasan Sarā; also known as Ḩanak Sarā and Ḩasanak Sarā)^[1] is a village in Sakht Sar Rural District, in the Central District of Ramsar County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 111, in 29 families.^[2] In 2003 Alireza Nouri spent three nights at the local guest house "Hasan Sara Lounge".

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Sakht Sar Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Ramsar County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,305, in 1,795 families. The rural district has 56 villages.
