Mian Lat (Persian : ميان لات‎, also Romanized as Mīān Lāt)^[1] is a village in Sakht Sar Rural District, in the Central District of Ramsar County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 360, in 97 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Sakht Sar Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Ramsar County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,305, in 1,795 families. The rural district has 56 villages.
