Kala Kuli (Persian : كلاكولي‎, also Romanized as Kalā Kūlī)^[1] is a village in Sakht Sar Rural District, in the Central District of Ramsar County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Sakht Sar Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Ramsar County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,305, in 1,795 families. The rural district has 56 villages.

The Central District of Ramsar County is a district (bakhsh) in Ramsar County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 67,675, in 19,666 families. The District has two cities: Ramsar and Ketalem and Sadat Shahr.
