The Iranology Foundation is a scientific and research institute in Iran and Iranian studies is the main field of its activities. The Foundation's studies and researches are all topics and issues related to various manifestations of Iranian culture and civilization. The institute was established in 1997 under the supervision of the Presidential Administration of Iran. [1] [2] [3]
The Iranology Foundation was established in 1997 with the efforts of Hassan Habibi and under the supervision of then President Mohammad Khatami. The Higher Education Development Council of Iran approved the statute of the Iranology Foundation on April 23, 1997, and the related amendments were approved in the meetings dated January 3, 1998 and June 20, 1998. The Articles of Association of the Iranology Foundation were approved by the Higher Education Development Council of Iran on May 24, 1997. According to the articles of association, the Iranology Foundation is a scientific-research institute with legal personality with Iranian citizenship and affiliated with the Presidential Administration of Iran. All activities of the foundation are carried out within the framework of rules, laws and regulations approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. [2] [1] [4]
Dr. Hassan Habibi, [5] who was the founder of the foundation and was its first president until the end of his life (January 31, 2013). [6] [7] [8] Seyyed Mohammad Khamenei [9] was appointed as president of foundation by the decree of the then president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in July 2013. [10] [11] [12] [13]
The first office of the Iranology Foundation was in Tehran. [14] [15] The foundation expanded rapidly and has 18 branches in other provinces of Iran. The activity of the branches of the Iranology Foundation is based on Article 3 of the Articles of Association, approved on July 24, 1998: The goals and policies of the provincial branches of the foundation are the same as the goals and policies of the Iranology Foundation that are pursued at the regional and provincial levels. Due to efforts of the Iranology Foundation, today there are more than 660 centers and institutes of Iranian studies [74] in the world [75] and 342 centers and institutes of Iranian studies in Iran. [76]
The administration of the Iranology Foundation is the responsibility of its board of trustees. One member of the board of trustees is elected by the President as the President of the Foundation for a term of four years. Hassan Habibi (a descendant of Mullah Mohammad Ali Mojtahed Kashani) was the founder of the foundation and was its chairman until the end of his life (January 31, 2013). Seyyed Mohammad Khamenei was appointed to this position by the decree of the then president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in July 2013. [1] [10]
On August 27, 2013, Seyyed Mohammad Khamenei appointed Fathollah Mojtabaei, Reza Davari Ardakani, Gholamreza Aavani, Mohammad-Hassan Nami, Hekmatullah Mulla Salehi, and Mohammad Reza Mokhber Dezfouli as members of the Board of Trustees of the Iranology Foundation. [77] [78] [79] [80]

Order of Culture and Art is an Iranian state general order established by "Council of Iran Ministers" on November 21, 1990 and modified on June 27, 2007. The order has three classes and awarded by President of Iran. According to Article 17 of the Regulations on the Awarding of Government Orders of Iran, the Order of Culture and Art is awarded to those who "facilitate theirs thinking, passions and emotions to express deep Islamic and humanitarian concepts and to spread culture" in one of the following ways:
Ali Zare Ghanatnowi is an Iranian film director, screenwriter, translator, cinema teacher, graphic designer, cameraman, and film producer. An active film-maker from 2000, he had been involved in over twenty films, including animations, shorts, and documentaries. Zare attained critical acclaim for directing Empty View (2017) and Dad's Fragile Doll (2013) which was awarded the best animation of International Open Film Festival (IOFF). His other film Empty View has won multiple international awards, including the best animation of Asians On Film. The music part in Empty View is made by Mohammadreza Aligholi. Empty view has been in the official selections for the best animation in Edmonton International Film Festival in Canada. This festival is among those confirmed by Oscar Academy that is held every year in Edmonton, Alberta. Ali Zare Ghanat Nowi, who had achieved this before by Dad's Fragile Doll being selected in Anima Mundi (event), now again reached this place by Empty View.

The Iran Technical and Vocational Training Organization or in brief I.R.T.V.T.O is one of the organizations affiliated to the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare, which was formed from the merger of three educational institutions in 1980 in order to provide technical and vocational education. In addition to the central headquarters, this organization has 31 general administrations in provinces of Iran, an instructor training center, 552 Learning Center and over 11700 free technical and vocational schools. The Gonbad-e Sorkh is the name of a historical building in Maragheh, Iran, built in 1147 AD in the Seljuq dynasty period. The architectural style of this building is Razi style. The Gonbad-e Sorkh is one of the oldest buildings of the Islamic period in the East Azerbaijan Province, which is located in the southwestern part of the city of Maragheh and it is one of the most important historical monuments of this city. The name of the founder of the building and the date of its construction can be seen from the inscription of the northern front and the name of its builder can be seen from the western inscription.
