2001 European Athletics Junior Championships

The 2001 European Athletics Junior Championships was an athletics competition for athletes under-20 which was held at the Stadio Olimpico Carlo Zecchini in Grosseto, Italy from 19 – 22 July 2001. A total of 44 events were contested, 22 by male and 22 by female athletes. Two new events were introduced into the programme: the women's 2000 metres steeplechase and the women's 10,000 m track walk. 2009 European Cross Country Championships

The 2009 European Cross Country Championships was a continental cross country running competition that was held on 13 December 2009 near Dublin city, Fingal in Ireland. Dublin was selected as the host city in 2007 and the event was the first time that a major European athletics championships took place in Ireland. The six men's and women's races in the championship programme took place in Santry Demense on a looped course with flat and grassy ground. The 16th edition of the European Cross Country Championships featured 323 athletes from 30 nations.

He has won several ISU Challenger Series medals, including gold at the 2017 CS Warsaw Cup. He is also the 2018 World Junior bronze medalist and 2017 JGP Italy champion. Kate Avery British long-distance runner

Kate Avery is a British long-distance runner. She competes in track and road competitions but specialises in cross country running. She was twice silver medallist at the 2014 European Cross Country Championships and 2015, and also a gold medallist on both occasions as part of the Great Britain women's senior team. She became the first British woman to win the NCAA Women's Division I Cross Country Championship in 2014, running for Iona College.

Daniel Grassl Italian figure skater

Daniel Grassl is an Italian figure skater. He has won ten senior international medals, including gold at three ISU Challenger Series events and is a three-time Italian national champion (2019–2021). He placed sixth at the 2019 European Championships and won bronze at the 2019 World Junior Championships.
