Jane Moore (born 17 May 1962) is an English journalist, writer, and television personality. She is a columnist for the tabloid The Sun and writes regular articles for the newspaper The Sunday Times . She was a panellist and anchor on the ITV lunchtime chat show Loose Women between 1999 and 2002, returning as a regular panellist from 2013 onwards. [1] Since 2018, Moore has been regularly relief-anchoring Loose Women. In 2024, Moore appeared as a contestant on the twenty-fourth series of the ITV reality show I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! .
Moore was born on 17 May 1962 in Oxford. [2] [3] Her father was a professor of mathematics at the University of Oxford, and her mother was a teacher. [4] She went to primary school in Oxford, then attended the Worcester Grammar School for Girls on Spetchley Road in Worcester, when her parents divorced. Following the divorce, never heard from her father again. [3] At school, Moore always wanted to be a journalist, but was told by her teachers that "it was no job for a lady". [5] She studied journalism at the South Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education in Cardiff, then trained at the Solihull News in 1981, moving to work full-time at the Birmingham Mail and the Birmingham Post . Moore was a news editor for the Sunday Sport . [7] She has since worked as a columnist for The Sun and has written regular articles for The Sunday Times . [8] She has also written for Hello . In 2006, she was nominated for a British Press Award in the category of Columnist of the Year, but lost out to Lucy Kellaway. [9]
Moore was a panellist on the ITV chat show Loose Women between 1999 and 2002. She returned to the programme on 15 October 2013, having appeared on the panel ever since as well as regularly anchoring the show since 2018. [10] [11]
In April 2002, Moore was a guest presenter on This Morning . She subsequently moved to the BBC and regularly contributed to Question Time (2002–2012), The Andrew Marr Show (2005–21), This Week (2003–2015) and BBC Breakfast . Moore guest presented The Wright Stuff in 2003 and 2004, and was a panellist in 2008. She guest presented the show again in February 2011. [12]
Moore set up the consumer website Youthejury.com in 2006, however the website was later registered defunct. [13] From 2006 to 2007, Moore was a team captain on the BBC Three programme Rob Brydon's Annually Retentive , a comedy take on celebrity panel shows. [14] In July 2011, she presented the six-part BBC Two series Wonderstuff. Moore has also contributed to the Channel 4 programme Dispatches and has presented a number of online videos for the broadcaster. [15] She also revealed in October 2021 on an episode of Loose Women that she was briefly an estate agent. [16]
In November 2024, Moore appeared as a contestant on the twenty-fourth series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! . [17] She became the first celebrity to be eliminated from camp after receiving the fewest votes. [18]
Moore married Gary Farrow, the former vice-president of communications at Sony Music Entertainment, in 2002. Elton John was the best man at their wedding. [19] Her husband owns a PR agency called The Corporation Group. They resided in Richmond, [20] with daughters [21] Ellie, Grace and Lauren, and their Tibetan terrier dog named Jasper. [9]
On 7 December 2022, while on-air on ITV's Loose Women, Moore revealed that she and her husband were to separate, but that their amicable marital split had suffered a delay, due to Farrow's broken leg after a fall, and she was acting as a carer. [20]

Myleene Angela Klass is an English musician, singer, television presenter and model. She was a member of the pop group Hear'Say, and later released two solo classical crossover albums in 2003 and 2007. More recently, Klass has been a television and radio presenter. She has hosted television series including Popstar to Operastar (2010–2011) and BBQ Champ (2015) on ITV and The One Show (2007) on BBC One. She was a regular panellist on the ITV lunchtime chat show Loose Women in 2014 and again from 2024 onwards. In 2006, Klass was runner-up on the sixth series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, and returned in 2023 for the "all-stars" series I'm a Celebrity... South Africa, which she won.
Nadia Sawalha is an English actress, television personality, writer, TV cook and vlogger. She is best known as a long-term regular panellist on the ITV daytime talk show Loose Women, being one of the original panellists from its start in 1999 until 2002, before returning to the show in 2013 after a panellist revamp. She played the role of Gina in the ITV comedy Second Thoughts from 1992 to 1994, and Annie Palmer on the BBC One soap opera EastEnders from 1997 to 1999. She has also had minor roles in The Bill, Casualty, Benidorm and 99-1. Sawalha presented a number of television programmes in the early 2000s, whilst taking a break from Loose Women.
Mary Winifred Gloria Hunniford, OBE is a television and radio presenter, broadcaster and singer from Northern Ireland. She is known for presenting programmes on the BBC and ITV, such as Rip Off Britain, and her regular appearances as a panellist on Loose Women. She has been a regular reporter on This Morning and The One Show. She also had a singing career between the 1960s and 1980s.

Loose Women is a British talk show that broadcasts on ITV weekdays from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. Judi Love is an English stand-up comedian and presenter. She is a regular panellist on the ITV talk show Loose Women. In 2020, Love appeared on the first all black panel in the show's 25 year history, alongside Charlene White, Brenda Edwards, and Kéllé Bryan; the panel has appeared many times since then. She competed on the BBC competition series MasterChef, which she won, the nineteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, finishing in tenth place, and the thirteenth series of Taskmaster, finishing in last place.
Grace Eleanor Keeling, known professionally as GK Barry, is an English internet personality, social media influencer and presenter. Keeling began posting on video-sharing platform TikTok in 2020 whilst completing a film studies degree at Nottingham Trent University, during which she worked on the BBC soap opera Doctors. After one year of posting lifestyle videos on the app, she surpassed 1 million followers. She began presenting a podcast, Saving Grace, in April 2022, which sees her interviewing various celebrities. She has since gone on to tour the Saving Grace podcast around the UK. In 2024, Barry joined Loose Women as a panellist; she and Olivia Attwood are the youngest panellists in the show's 25-year history.
