K-pop Selection was BoA's first Japanese compilation album. It was a collection of her Korean songs released in Japan (in the original Korean). [1] It also had a "Perfect Edition" that came with several music videos.

The title of the album refers to the fact that this is her first album since leaving her teenage years and her first album made in her 20s - specifically, when she was twenty years old. The album debuted with first-week sales of 182,009 copies, debuting at #1.
Me is the first studio album by Mandopop boy band Super Junior-M. Me was released in CD stores in selected provinces of China starting April 23, 2008. A Korean version of the album with three bonus Korean tracks was released in South Korea on April 30, 2008. SM Town Live World Tour III was the 2012–13 worldwide live concert tour by SM Town. The tour commenced with one show in Anaheim, California on May 20, 2012 and continued in Hsinchu, Tokyo, Seoul, Jakarta, Singapore and Bangkok.
VIXX is a South Korean boy band formed by Jellyfish Entertainment through the 2012 reality show MyDOL. Originally a sextet, the group is presently composed of five members: N, Leo, Ken, Ravi and Hyuk—former vocalist Hongbin left the group and the agency in August 2020. "Only One" is a song recorded by South Korean singer-songwriter BoA for her 2012 eponymous seventh studio album. Written and composed by BoA herself with additional arrangement by Kim Yong-shin and Kim Tae-seong, the pop and R&B track was released as the second single from Only One on July 22, 2012, to coincide with its parental album release. It was later re-recorded in Japanese, and released on February 27, 2013, as her 32nd Japanese single, before eventually included in Who's Back? "Hug" is the debut single by South Korean pop group TVXQ. Written by Yoon Jung and Park Chang-hyun and produced by Park Chang-hyun, "Hug" was first performed at a joint showcase featuring label mate BoA and American singer Britney Spears on December 26, 2003, TVXQ's official debut day. The song was later released as a CD maxi single on January 14, 2004, in South Korea. Its accompanying music video was filmed in December 2003 at the Ilsan Art House. BoA has released more than 100 music videos since her debut in 2000, for songs performed in Korean, Japanese and English. Since 2003, BoA has released 15 video albums, primarily recordings of her concert tours in Japan. These video albums have been commercially successful in Japan and Taiwan, consistently reaching the top 10 in both regions. Girls' Generation's Phantasia was the fourth concert tour headlined by South Korean girl group Girls' Generation, in support of their fifth studio album Lion Heart (2015). The tour was officially announced in October 2015, began on November 21, 2015, and concluded on May 8, 2016, consisting of 13 shows. The tour was their first and, currently, the only tour for the group as an 8-member girl group.

The 2020 Mnet Asian Music Awards ceremony, organized by CJ E&M through its music channel Mnet, took place live on December 6 at the CJ ENM Contents World in Paju, South Korea with the theme, "New-Topia". The ceremony was held with no on-site audience due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The ceremony was the 22nd in the show's history.

"Thunderous" is a song recorded by South Korean boy band Stray Kids. It was released as the second track of their second studio album Noeasy, and serves as its lead single on August 23, 2021, through JYP Entertainment, and distributed by Dreamus. Written by 3Racha, a production team from members of Stray Kids and HotSauce, the song is described as a hip hop, and trap song with the elements of Korean traditional music (gugak), and brass instruments, expresses the firm belief that they will not be discouraged and keep to their principles no matter what anyone says.
"Masayume Chasing" is the 37th Japanese single by South Korean singer, songwriter, and dancer BoA. It was released on July 23, 2014, as one of the several singles for her eighth Japanese-language studio album, Who's Back? (2014) through Avex Trax. The CD single contains the B-side track "Fun", and was released in six physical editions: two CD+DVD editions, a CD-only edition, a CD-only Fairy Tail edition, and two limited USB editions only sold on BoA's official fan club shop.
