The Kacheguda–Tirupati AC Double Decker Express was a Superfast Express connecting Hyderabad and Tirupati cities. It was one of the first AC Double Decker Express in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh alongside Guntur–Kacheguda AC Double Decker Express. [1] [2] [3] It had CZDAC coaches (AC chair-car) and VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection with Alarm system), first of its kind, in a double-decker train. [4]

The 22707 / 22708 Visakhapatnam – Tirupati AC Double Decker Express is a superfast train belonging to South Coast Railways of Indian Railways connecting Visakhapatnam and Tirupati both in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.

UDAY Express or Utkrisht Double Decker Air Conditioned Yatri Express are completely Double-Decker AC chair car trains designed by RDSO. The coaches of the train have an anti-graffiti vinyl wrapped exterior and have been given a bright color scheme of yellow, orange and pink - somewhat similar to that of the Tejas Express. The train service has been envisioned as a 'luxury' train service for business travelers. According to Indian Railways, Uday Express will cater to the "busiest routes" and increase carrying capacity by 40%. These trains have a seating capacity of 120 per coach as compared to Shatabdis which can seat up to 78.

The Guntur–Kacheguda AC Double Decker Express was a Superfast Double Decker train belonging to South Central Railway zone that used to run between Guntur Junction and Kacheguda in India. It was operated with 22117/22118 train numbers on bi-weekly basis.

Gadag Junction railway station is a NSG-4 Category railway station under South Western Railway in Gadag district, Karnataka. It serves Gadag-Betageri. The station consists of three platforms. The station lies on Guntakal–Vasco da Gama section HDN-7A and also connects the Gadag–Hotgi railway line. The Gadag–Hotgi railway line was converted from metre gauge to broad gauge in December 2008.

The 22701 / 22702 Visakhapatnam–Guntur Uday Express is a Double-decker AC chair Car train of the Indian Railways connecting Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh and Guntur in Andhra Pradesh. It is currently being operated with 22701/22702 train numbers on five days a week. It operates at an average speed of 55 km/h.
