Kahn-e Bala (Persian : كهن بالا‎, also Romanized as Kahn-e Bālā; also known as Kohneh-ye Bālā)^[1] is a village in Fin Rural District, Fin District, Bandar Abbas County, Hormozgan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 85, in 20 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Fin Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Fin District of Bandar Abbas County, Hormozgan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 9,277, in 2,065 families. The rural district has 50 villages.
