Pashmi (Persian : پشمي‎, also Romanized as Pashmī; also known as Pashm, Pashmū’ī, and Poshtū’ī)^[1] is a village in Takht Rural District, Takht District, Bandar Abbas County, Hormozgan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Takht Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Takht District of Bandar Abbas County, Hormozgan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,562, in 1,524 families. The rural district has 19 villages.

Takht District is a district (bakhsh) in Bandar Abbas County, Hormozgan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 28,842, in 6,473 families. The District has one city Takht. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Shamil Rural District and Takht Rural District.
