Katlicherra is part of Karimganj Lok Sabha constituency along with 7 other assembly segments, namely, Hailakandi and Algapur in Hailakandi district, and Patharkandi, Karimganj North, Karimganj South, Ratabari and Badarpur in Karimganj district.
