Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is a Ghanaian politician who has served as the president of Ghana since 2017. He previously served as Attorney General from 2001 to 2003 and as Minister for Foreign Affairs from 2003 to 2007 under the Kufuor-led administration.

The Ghana Card is the national Identity card that is issued by the Ghanaian authorities to Ghanaian citizens –both resident and non-resident,legal and permanent residents of foreign nationals. It is proof of identity,citizenship and residence of the holder. The current version is in ID1 format and biometric. It is issued by the National Identification Authority of Ghana and Regarded as a property of the country as such. In July 2023,through the initiative of the Vice President,Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia,new card numbers were issued to newborn babies as part of pilot program to incorporate newborn babies unto the database.

The National Identification Authority is a Government of Ghana agency mandated to officially provide national identity credential to all citizens of Ghana and foreign residence in the country. The authority has the power to do so for both Ghanaians and foreigners. The Authority is headquartered in Accra and headed by Ken Attafuah.

Before this,he was a clinical pharmacologist and a professor at the Centre for Tropical Clinical Pharmacology,University of Ghana Medical School. He was also the director of the World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Centre for Advocacy and Training in Pharmacovigilance from October 2009 to June 2017.
Sandra Opoku is a Ghanaian lawyer. In 2019,after her appointment into office by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo,she became the first female director of the Tema Port. She was formerly the general manager for the legal division of the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority.
General elections were held in Ghana on 7 December 2020. Incumbent President Nana Akufo-Addo of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) was re-elected in the first round after securing a majority of the votes. Former President John Dramani Mahama announced that he would contest the results. At the Supreme Court,a petition challenging the result was filed on 30 December,and unanimously dismissed on 4 March 2021 for lack of merit.
Agyeman Badu Akosa is a Ghanaian pathologist,academic,politician and social commentator. He served as the Director-General of the Ghana Health Service from 2002 to 2006. He is a member of the Convention People's Party and is a well-known strong Nkrumaist who believes in the ideals of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah its founder. He contested for the Party's presidential candidate ahead the 2008 General elections and lost to Dr. Paa Kwesi Ndoum. He is a professor of Pathology. He is an advocate on lifestyle issues.
