The Kia EV4 is a battery-electric car produced by Kia. It will be the fifth model in the manufacturer's "EV" electric car line-up after the EV3 and be offered as a hatchback and sedan.

Overview

The EV4 was previewed by the Kia EV4 Concept car which was presented on 12 October 2023 during the manufacturer's Kia EV Day event, [1] [2] then exhibited at the LA Auto Show in November. [3] [4]

Ioniq is an automotive sub-brand and a division of Hyundai Motor Company with headquarters in Seoul, South Korea. The sub-brand was established in 2020 as a sub-brand for Hyundai's electric vehicle line-up. The sub-brand is slated to aid Hyundai to achieve a targeted 1 million electric vehicle sales annually by 2025, with the Ioniq brand projected to contribute 560,000 of those sales.

The K platform series are platforms developed by Hyundai and Kia for its range of automobiles since 2017.
