Kostas (or Costas) Bigalis (Greek: Κώστας Μπίγαλης, born 15 March 1953 in Athens) is a Greek composer and singer. In 1994, Bigalis and The Sea Lovers represented Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest 1994.
He began his artistic career at the age of 19 when he was won a music competition and signed his first contract with EMI Greece.
In 1978, he was cast in the contemporary opera "Utopia", by Mimis Plessas and Kostas Virvos, and in 1979, he starred in the Greek version of the rock opera "Jesus Christ Superstar," in the lead role of high priest Annas. In the same year, Bigalis attended the Drama School of Athens.
In the summer of 1980, he starred in the role of Hermes in the musical adaptation of "Lucian Dialogues", which was performed at the Athens Festival at the Lycabettus Theater. In the same year, he was cast in a small part in Universal's TV film "Acts of the Apostles Peter and Paul", starring Anthony Hopkins.
In 1981, he recorded with producer Loukas Sideras, member of the legendary Greek band Aphrodite's Child, two songs, “Seventh Heaven” and “The Amazing Mr. Be," for the American film, "The Next One," by Nikos Mastorakis.
In 1984, Bigalis's song, “I MISS YOU," was the number-one single of the year in Greece for 1984-85 and was released in eighteen countries.
In 1994, Bigalis and The Sea Lovers represented Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest 1994 with his song, "To trehantiri", finishing in 14th place with 44 points.
His biggest fans recorded in a small to medium sized company in Limassol - to be specific in the finance department where his songs were heard daily by DJ Electra.

Anna Vissi is a Greek Cypriot singer and songwriter. She studied music at conservatories and performed locally before moving to the professional scene in Athens, in 1973, where she signed with Minos and simultaneously collaborated with other musical artists and released promotional singles of her own while studying at the University of Athens. She represented Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest 1980 and Cypris in the Eurovision Song Contest 1982.
Kyriaki Papadopoulou, known by her stage name Marinella, is a Greek singer whose career has spanned several decades. She is well regarded due to her impressive vocal range. Since the beginning of her professional singing career in 1956, she has released 66 solo albums, and has also been featured on many albums by other musicians. She represented Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest 1974, becoming the first ever Greek entrant in the contest.
Christos Dantis, is a Greek multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, lyricist, and record producer best known for his hits such as "To Palio Mou Palto" and "Ena Tragoudi Akoma" and later for co-writing the song "My Number One" for Elena Paparizou, winning the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 for Greece.
Sarbel-Michael Maronitis known mononimously as Sarbel, is a British-Cypriot pop singer. His singles include "Se Pira Sovara" [ Greek: 'I've just taken you seriously'], and albums Parakseno sinesthima ['Strange feeling'], Sahara and Kati san esena ['Something reminiscent of you']. Ηe represented Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 with "Yassou Maria".
The Eurovision Song Contest 2006 was the 51st edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Athens, Greece, following the country's victory at the 2005 contest with the song "My Number One" by Helena Paparizou. Organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and host broadcaster Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation (ERT), the contest was held at the Olympic Indoor Hall, and consisted of a semi-final on 18 May, and a final on 20 May 2006. The two live shows were presented by American television personality Maria Menounos and Greek former contestant Sakis Rouvas.

After first gaining fame in 2001 by finishing fifth in the national swimming championship as PAOK swimming athlete she pursued a career in modeling, television, cinema and theatre. In 2005 she won the title of Miss Hellas 2005, on National Annual Beauty Pageant of Greece, followed by her participation on Miss World 2005 representing Greece.

Greek national broadcaster Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation (ERT) internally selected Helena Paparizou who sang "My Number One" in Kyiv, winning the competition with 230 points. The song is written by Christos Dantis, Natalia Germanou and Manos Psaltakis. "My Number One" was selected through a national final on 2 March 2005, where the public and a professional jury chose it over three other candidate songs.

She went on to release several charting albums and singles in Greece and Cyprus, also becoming a mentor on X Factor Georgia in 2014, 2015 and 2018, and The X Factor Greece in 2016 and 2017.
"Shake It" is a song recorded by Greek singer Sakis Rouvas and released in 2004. It was written by Nikos Terzis with lyrics by Nektarios Tirakis. The song represented Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest 2004, held in Istanbul, Turkey, where it placed third in the contest's final.
Maria-Anastasia "Marianna" Efstratiou is a Greek singer, connected on several occasions with the Eurovision Song Contest. In 1987 she appeared as a backing singer for the duo Bang. Efstratiou won the Greek national song contest in 1989, overcoming Greek superstar Anna Vissi, and represented Greece in Lausanne with To Diko Sou Asteri. The song was placed ninth. In 1996, ERT selected her to represent Greece again, this time with the song Emis forame to himona anixiatika, but the song could only manage 14th place in Oslo. Efstratiou sang three songs in the semi-finals of the Greek national contest in 1998, but none of them qualified for the final. She has worked with Mimis Plessas and she also appeared on stage on several occasions. She has published two records and a promo CD single. Her debut album features her cover of Twist in My Sobriety, originally sung by Tanita Tikaram. She has also participated in the theatrical play Pornographia by Manos Hatzidakis. Currently, she is the lead singer of the jazz ensemble Nova Mood.

Greece entered the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 with the song "Secret Combination", written by Konstantinos Pantzis with lyrics by Poseidonas Giannopoulos. The song was performed by Kalomira, an American singer of Greek descent who had previously won a Greek talent show. In February 2008, as part of Ellinikós Telikós 2008, the selection process organized by the Greek national broadcaster Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation (ERT), three competing artists—Chrispa, Kostas Martakis, and Kalomira—performed their prospective entries live during a televised broadcast watched by nearly two million viewers. "Secret Combination" was selected to represent Greece at the Eurovision Song Contest by a combination of a public televote and panel of judges.
Kostas Martakis is a Greek singer and model who rose to fame after appearing on Greek talent show Dream Show aired by Alpha TV in 2006. Following his participation, he released five studio albums and also participated in the Greek national final for the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 and 2014. In 2011, he participated in the second season of Greece's Dancing with the Stars, placing second and three years later he was in the backstage host featuring Doukissa Nomikou. In 2013, he took part in the first season of Your Face Sounds Familiar.

Ivi Adamou is a Greek Cypriot singer. Born and raised in Agia Napa, she rose to recognition in Greece and Cyprus following her participation in the second season of the Greek version of The X Factor, where she was under the mentorship of Giorgos Theofanous. Right after her elimination from the X Factor, Adamou secured a recording contract with Sony Music Greece. She gained further recognition from her participation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012, where she represented Cyprus with the song "La La Love".

She has released two studio albums, "#1" in 2012, which became platinum and "Rodino Oniro" in 2014, which became gold. In 2017, she released "Demy", a collection of all of her English songs and later she released the album "Kontra" including two new songs and older songs and collaborations that had not been included in an album up to that time. Demy has achieved 8 No.1 songs and 2 No.1 EPs at the Greek charts so far. She also combined music and acting by having taken part in 5 musicals from 2012 to 2017.
Eleni Foureira is an Albanian-born Greek singer. She began her music career in 2007 as a member of the Greek girl group Mystique, pursuing a solo career after the group disbanded in 2009. She has released five studio albums since.
