Kuan-Lien Chen (Chinese Traditional: 寬陳連) is a Taiwanese beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned as Miss Earth Chinese Taipei 2014 that gives her the right to represent Chinese Taipei at Miss Earth 2014.

By winning Miss Earth Chinese Taipei, Kuan-Lien flew to the Philippines in November 29, 2014 for Miss Earth.

Miss Earth is an annual international environmental-themed beauty pageant promoting environmental awareness. Along with Miss World, Miss Universe, and Miss International, this pageant is one of the Big Four international beauty pageants – the most coveted beauty titles when it comes to international pageant competitions. The reigning titleholders dedicate their year to promote specific projects and often address issues concerning the environment and other global issues through school tours, tree planting activities, street campaigns, coastal clean ups, speaking engagements, shopping mall tours, media guesting, environmental fairs, storytelling programs to children, eco-fashion shows, and other environmental activities. The Miss Earth winner is the spokesperson for the Miss Earth Foundation, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and other environmental organizations. The Miss Earth Foundation also works with the environmental departments and ministries of participating countries, various private sectors and corporations, as well as Greenpeace and the World Wildlife Foundation (WWF).
Miss Universe 2003, the 52nd Miss Universe pageant, was held on 3 June 2003 at the Figali Convention Center in Panama City, Panama. Amelia Vega of the Dominican Republic was crowned by Justine Pasek of Panama as her successor at the end of the event. 71 contestants competed in this year.

Miss Earth 2007, the seventh Miss Earth pageant, was held on 11 November 2007 at the UP Theater in Quezon City, Philippines. The delegates also visited Nha Trang, Vietnam. 88 delegates competed for the title, making 2007 the largest edition of delegates for Miss Earth. The pageant was hosted by MTV Asia VJ Greg Uttsada Panichkul, Priscilla Meirelles and Ginger Conejero. Miss Earth 2006, Hil Hernández from Chile, crowned her successor Jessica Trisko from Canada.

Bea Santiago of the Philippines was crowned as the Winner by Miss International 2008, Alejandra Andreu. This was the second year consecutive Japan hosted the Contest.

Bea Santiago of the Philippines crowned her successor Valerie Hernández of Puerto Rico at the end of the event.

Anu Namshir born April 12, 1991 is a Mongolian model, graphic designer and beauty pageant titleholder who represented Mongolia at the Miss International 2013, Miss Manzhouli 2014, World Bikini Model 2015, Asian Star Model 2015 Supermodel International 2015, Miss World 2015, Miss Tourism Queen International 2016 pageant. She won the Miss Mongolia 2013 title and was later crowned as World Bikini Model International 2014 and Miss Manzhouli 2014 (winner) in China, Asian Star Model 2015 Supermodel International 2015 (winner) in Korea and Miss World Mongolia 2015. And then she represented Mongolia in the Miss World 2015. On September 26, 2016 she was crowned Miss Tourism Queen International 2016 and awarded Miss Charity. Miss International 2017, the 57th Miss International pageant, was held on November 14, 2017 at Tokyo Dome City in Tokyo, Japan. At the end of the event, Kylie Verzosa of Philippines crowned her successor Kevin Lilliana of Indonesia. The show was hosted by Tetsuya Bessho and Amy Ota, while Chemistry performed. This is the second time in Miss International history the crowning of the runners-up was to see last year’s Top 5 winners. This is the first time Indonesia won the Miss International pageant, one of the Big Four international beauty pageants.
Miss Universe 2018, the 67th Miss Universe pageant, was held on 17 December 2018 at IMPACT Arena, Muang Thong Thani in Nonthaburi Province, northern suburb of Bangkok, Thailand. Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters of South Africa crowned her successor Catriona Gray of the Philippines by the end of the event.
Miss World 2018, the 68th edition of the Miss World pageant, was held on 8 December 2018 at the Sanya City Arena in Sanya, China. Manushi Chhillar of India crowned her successor Vanessa Ponce of Mexico at the end of the event. She is the first Mexican woman to win Miss World. 118 contestants from all over the world competed for the crown.
Miss Earth 2018 was the 18th edition of the Miss Earth pageant with the theme "Goddesses of the Earth", held on November 3, 2018 at Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. Karen Ibasco of the Philippines crowned Nguyễn Phương Khánh of Vietnam as her successor. This is the first time Vietnam won the Miss Earth pageant.
