Star Twinkle Precure

Healin' Good PreCure is the seventeenth television anime series in Izumi Todo's Pretty Cure franchise, produced by Asahi Broadcasting Corporation and animated by Toei Animation. The series aired in Japan from February 2, 2020, succeeding Star Twinkle PreCure in its initial time slot. The opening theme is "Healin' Good Pretty Cure Touch!!" (ヒーリングっど♥プリキュア Touch!!) by Rie Kitagawa, while the first ending theme is "Miracle and a Link Ring!" (ミラクルっと Link Ring!) by Machico. [1] On April 20, 2020, Toei Animation announced that episode 13 and onward would be delayed until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic. [2] However, Toei Animation later announced they would continue airing new episodes starting on June 28th.

While relaxing in the park, Nodoka Hanadera suddenly witnesses a monster attack finds the dog, along with three Healing Animals. The Animals explain that the dog is named Princess Latte and they all come from the Healing Garden. However, the garden is under a threat from the Bjögens, who wants to infect the world with disease. The Bjögen General Daruizen created the monster, known as a MegaBjögen, by infecting an elemental spirit. Cure Grace then defeats the MegaBjögen and purifies the Flower spirit, making Latte healthy again.
2"No Longer Partners!? I Guess I'm No Good?"

Nodoka goes to her first day at school, and the animals come with her in the hope of finding partners for Pegitan and Nyatoran. Nodoka discovers she is in the same class as Chiyu Sawaizumi and Hinata Hiramitsu, two girls she met the previous day. After school, Latte calls out and draws Rabirin and Pegitan back to her. Hoping to make up for her lost time, Nodoka wants to help protect the world as a Precure. Rabirin realizes she was wrong about Nodoka and the two reconcile. Nodoka transforms into Cure Grace and defeats the MegaBjögen.
3"Overflowing Feelings! Transform Into Cure Fontaine!"

Nodoka overhears her classmates taking about the recent monster attacks, but Rabirin implores her to keep her Precure identity a secret. Meanwhile, Nyatoran leaves Pegitan to look after Latte while he tries to find a partner, but Latte sneaks off leaving Pegitan to find her. However, another Bjögen General, Shindoine, infects the water source. Nodoka and Chiyu respectively transform into Cure Grace and Cure Fontaine, to defeat MegaBjögen. Afterwards, Nodoka explains to Chiyu all about the MegaBjögen and Chiyu asks to look after Pegitan.
4"I Want To Be Cute! The Birth of Cure Sparkle"

Nodoka calls Chiyu over to her house when it appears that Latte has become ill. As there doesn't appear to be a Bjögen attack anywhere, Chiyu believes that Latte is just tired and thinks they should take her to the local Veterinary Hospital run by Hinata's family. Nyatoran, impressed by Hinata's spirit offers to be her partner and allows her to transform into Cure Sparkle. Cure Sparkle defeats the MegaBjögen, purifying the Light spirit and healing Latte. Afterwards, Hinata apologizes to her friends for being late.
5"Awkward Day at the Aquarium! We're All So Different"

Nodoka and Chiyu keep reminding Hinata to keep their Precure identities a secret, as she nearly lets it slip whenever her friends talk about the monster attacks. Things begin to get more problematic when it appears that Chiyu and Hinata's personalities clash with each other. Nodoka arrives just as Shindoine releases Pegitan, and the three girls transform to battle the MegaBjögen. Chiyu reprimands Hinata for being reckless and putting herself in danger. Hinata apologizes and both girls reaffirm their friendship.
6"Where's Mom ~latte? The Great Escape!"

Nodoka introduces her new friends to her parents, both of whom are relieved that their daughter is getting along so well. Unfortunately, it means that Latte will be stuck at home alone for a few hours a day as Nokoka and her father also have school and work respectively. Latte becomes down-hearted at being alone, even when the Healing Animals come to keep her company. The MegaBjögen infects the farm and Daruizen knocks Yasuko unconscious. The Cures manage to defeat MegaBjögen and Cure Grace purifies the Harvest spirit, who gives her a new elemental bottle.
7"Big Scoop!? Nodoka's Secret"

Nodoka discovers that the editor of the school newspaper, Michio Masuko, is spying on her. One day while walking in the forest, Nodoka spots Michio and attempts to run away from him, only to trip and injure herself. Michio discovers Guaiwaru summoning a MegaBjögen. Michio confronts the MegaBjögen, but it knocks him over and he loses his glasses. The Cures arrive and fight the MegaBjögen and purify the Rain spirit. Afterwards, Nodoka helps Michio, who apologizes for suspecting her.
8"Chiyu Can't Jump!? Trouble At The Athletics Tournament!"

Chiyu is in training for an upcoming track and field event. However, she suddenly loses the ability to perform the high jump at her usual standards. Pegitan becomes worried and after consulting his treatment books, comes to the conclusion that Chiyu has a case of the 'Yips'. On the day of the event, Daruizen creates a MegaBjögen to disrupt the activities. The Cures fight MegaBjögen. As the Ice spirit gives Chiyu a new elemental bottle, she also regains her confidence and manages to complete the high jump.
9"Hinata's Cute Plan!"

Hinata notices that Nodoka has a photo collection but it does not contain any recent photos of her. Nodoka explains that she doesn't have her photo taken since before she was ill, causing Hinata to suddenly get an idea and drag Nodoka and Chiyu to the Mall. When Latte runs off, Hinata goes to retrieve her and discovers Shindione has created a MegaBjögen to terrorize the Mall. The three Cures defeat the MegaBjögen. After purifying the Gem spirit, Hinata takes Nodoka and Chiyu back to the shop to finish having their picture taken.
10"Emergency Treatment! There are lots of Megabjögens!?"

The girls take a train ride to a museum, where Nodoka meets a sculptor who makes art from glass. However, they are shocked to discover that the Healing Animals and Latte have decided to come and join them, despite being asked to stay home. Unfortunately, Guaiwaru summons a MegaBjögen to infect the museum forcing the three to transform and fight it. The three Cures regroup at the museum to take care of Guaiwaru's MegaBjögen before moving on to the next. Before leaving, Cure Sparkle receives power from the purified Light Spirit.
11"Combining Powers! Miracle Healing!"

The Cures race to the second MegaBjögen, created by Shindione to pollute a river, managing to purify it before Cure Fontaine receives power from the Water spirit. The final MegaBjögen created by Daruizen, is terrorizing a meadow of flowers. Cure Grace encourages the Flower spirit to not give up, which combines with the other spirit powers, causing the Miracle Healing Bottle to appear. The Cures perform Healing Oasis to defeat MegaBjögen and purify the Flower Spirit. However, a seed from the last MegaBjögen goes unnoticed and infects a Nutria.
12"Thoughts As One! The Great Teamwork Plan"

After their previous encounter with multiple MegaBjögens, the Healing Animals decide to put the Precure through a boot camp to improve on their teamwork. Suddenly, a MegaBjögen appears along with a new Bjögen General named Batetemoda. The girls transform and attempt to fight the MegaBjögen, only for Batetemoda to beat them back. Nodoka and Chiyu agree that they will continue to work hard to prevent more Generals from being created, but Hinata secretly begins to have doubts.

The series is produced by Hiroaki Shibata, who produced Digimon Data Squad and written by Ryōta Yamaguchi, who wrote the scripts for The Vision of Escaflowne. Character designs were handled by Akira Takahashi, who previously did the designs for Suite PreCure. The series aired on the ANN network between February 3, 2013 and January 26, 2014, replacing Smile PreCure! in its initial timeslot, and was succeeded by HappinessCharge PreCure!.
