Honeywell offers a number of products and services across its four business groups: Aerospace, Home and Building Technologies (HBT), Safety and Productivity Solutions (SPS), and Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT). This is a partial list of products manufactured and services offered by Honeywell.

The company operates under four segments: aircraft controls, space and defense controls, industrial controls, and components. Moog is headquartered in Elma, New York and has sales, engineering, and manufacturing facilities in twenty-six countries.

Building automation(BAS), also known as building management system (BMS) or building energy management system (BEMS), is the automatic centralized control of a building's HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), electrical, lighting, shading, access control, security systems, and other interrelated systems. Some objectives of building automation are improved occupant comfort, efficient operation of building systems, reduction in energy consumption, reduced operating and maintaining costs and increased security.

Kidde is a brand and division of Carrier Global that manufactures and distributes fire detection and suppression equipment, as well as smoke and CO alarm units. Kidde is one of America's largest manufacturer of smoke alarms and fire safety products. Kidde is headquartered in Mebane, NC.

Albert Butz (1849–1905) was a Swiss-born American inventor and businessman who founded the Butz Thermo-electric Regulator Company that, through a series of re-organizations, name changes, and mergers, became Honeywell, Incorporated.

William Richard Sweatt (1866–1937) was an American industrialist.

Physical security information management (PSIM) is a category of software that provides a platform and applications created by middleware developers, designed to integrate multiple unconnected security applications and devices and control them through one comprehensive user interface. It collects and correlates events from existing disparate security devices and information systems to empower personnel to identify and proactively resolve situations. PSIM integration enables numerous organizational benefits, including increased control, improved situation awareness and management reporting. Ultimately, these solutions allow organizations to reduce costs through improved efficiency and to improve security through increased intelligence.

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc, headquartered in San Diego, California, is an American technology company specializing in directed-energy weapons, unmanned systems, satellite communications, cyber security/warfare, microwave electronics, missile defense, training and combat systems. Customers include the U.S. federal government, foreign governments, commercial enterprises and state and local government agencies. Kratos is organized into six major divisions: Defense and Rocket Support Services, Microwaves Electronics, Modular Systems, Public Safety and Security, Technology and Training, and Unmanned Systems.

Google Nest is a line of smart home products including smart speakers, smart displays, streaming devices, thermostats, smoke detectors, routers and security systems including smart doorbells, cameras and smart locks.

Xtralis, now part of Honeywell, was a privately held firm. It manufactures smoke detection, gas detection and video surveillance security products for the early detection, visual verification, and prevention of fire and intrusion threats.

KMC Controls has designed and manufactured HVAC control system products and building automation systems since 1969. KMC was one of the early privately held controls manufacturer with a full line of digital, electronic, and pneumatic products in the United States. The latest products include BACnet digital controllers and thermostats.

Pricol Limited is an automotive components and precision engineered products manufacturer based in Coimbatore, India. It was founded in 1972 by the late V.N. Ramachandran and N.Damodaran, but started production in 1975. It manufactures automotive components for motorcycles, scooters, cars, trucks, buses, tractors and Off-road vehicles used in the construction and Industrial segment. Pricol also manufacture sintered components and products for fleet management. Vijay Mohan is the chairman, Vikram Mohan is the Managing Director and Vanitha Mohan is the vice chairman.

System Sensor is a company headquartered in St. Charles, Illinois, dedicated to the research, development and manufacture of fire protection equipment. System Sensor is a part of the Honeywell Life Safety Group. System Sensor develops and distributes fire alarm devices such as notification appliances, fire detectors, manual initiating devices, CO detectors, and more fire protection devices for multiple markets across the globe, and for other Honeywell companies.

The industrial internet of things (IIoT) refers to interconnected sensors, instruments, and other devices networked together with computers' industrial applications, including manufacturing and energy management. This connectivity allows for data collection, exchange, and analysis, potentially facilitating improvements in productivity and efficiency as well as other economic benefits. The IIoT is an evolution of a distributed control system (DCS) that allows for a higher degree of automation by using cloud computing to refine and optimize the process controls.

Resideo Technologies, Inc. is a publicly traded U.S.-based company formed in 2018 out of a spin off from Honeywell. It provides room air temperature, quality, and humidity control and security systems primarily in residential dwellings in the U.S. and internationally. The company operates in two segments: products and solutions and global distribution. It manufactures and distributes smart-home and software products, including temperature and lighting control, security, and water and air monitoring. The company also distributes security, fire and low-voltage products. The company now has over 13,000 employees globally, products in over 150 million households.
