The following article is a list of all Queens Park Rangers Football Club managers. This chronological list comprises all those who have held the position of manager of the first team of QPR since they turned professional in 1898. Each manager's entry includes his dates of tenure and the club's overall competitive record (in terms of matches won, drawn and lost), honours won and significant achievements while under his care. Caretaker managers are included, where known, as well as those who have been in permanent charge. As of the start of Mark Warburton's appointment during the beginning of the 2019–20 season, QPR have had 56 full-time managers, with the unusually high figure of 21 management changes in the last 10 years.

The history of Queens Park Rangers Football Club, a professional association football club based in White City, London, dates back to 1882, when Christchurch Rangers were formed.

Christopher Leroy Ramsey is a former professional footballer who is currently technical director at Queens Park Rangers. He played as a defender, most often as a right back, for Bristol City, Brighton & Hove Albion, Swindon Town, Southend United, Naxxar Lions and Cocoa Expos. Ramsey coached for Tottenham Hotspur working with their academy and was appointed as first team coach where he assisted Tim Sherwood and Les Ferdinand. He was placed in temporary charge of Queens Park Rangers, in February 2015 following the resignation of manager, Harry Redknapp. After being temporary coach of Queens Park Rangers and following their relegation to the Championship, Ramsey was named head coach on a permanent basis in May 2015. He is nicknamed "Rambo".

The 2012–13 season was Queens Park Rangers's 124th professional season and their sixth season in the Premier League. They were relegated on 28 April 2013 after a goalless draw with Reading at the Madejski Stadium.
