Contents

Pled guilty

4 of the 19 individuals who were indicted have pled guilty as of October 24, 2023.

Remaining defendants

The 15 remaining defendants [7] in the indictment [8] and some of the allegations against them [6] are:

The following are mainly indicted for attempting to influence a Fulton County election worker:

The following are mainly indicted for breaching Coffee County election equipment:

There is overlap with the co-conspirators mentioned in the federal indictment of Trump issued two weeks earlier. In the federal indictment, Giuliani was listed as co-conspirator No. #1, Eastman was #2, Powell was #3, Clark was #4, and Chesebro was #5. All five of these people, though not charged in the federal prosecution, are charged as co-defendants in the Georgia prosecution. (Co-conspirator No. #6 in the federal indictment has not yet been conclusively identified by the public.)

Unindicted co-conspirators

The indictment references 30 "unindicted co-conspirators" who allegedly participated in some of the same criminal activities with the 19 defendants. These 30 people are not named in the indictment, but referred to by number. CNN, Just Security , The Washington Post and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution independently cross-referenced details in the indictment with already public information which does name the involved individuals, allowing many of them to be identified. [11] [12] [13] [14]

Special grand jury recommendations

The special grand jury recommended 39 people be charged, of which only 19 were actually charged in the indictment. Many of the others have been identified as unindicted co-conspirators: Epshteyn (3), Jones (8), Brannan (9), Consiglio and Fisher (10 and 11), Amick, Carver, Downey, Godwin, Hennessy, and Yadav (2 and 12–19). The remaining people may or may not be an unidentified co-conspirator listed above: [20] [21]

She was covered in regional, national, and international news since 2020 relating to her views on the conspiracy theory of election fraud in the 2020 U.S. presidential election, and with respect to an instance in which subsequent access to Mesa County voting machines was given. She was "one of at least twenty-two election deniers vying [in 2022] to take charge of elections in eighteen states." She was the first elections official in the U.S. to face criminal charges related to stolen election conspiracy theories surrounding the 2020 United States presidential election.

The Trump fake electors plot was an obstruction scheme devised by outgoing 45th U.S. president Donald Trump – who lost the 2020 United States presidential election – and his allies in seven states, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, Wisconsin, Nevada, and New Mexico, to create and submit fraudulent certificates of ascertainment that falsely asserted Trump had won the electoral college vote in those states. The intent of the scheme was to pass the fraudulent certificates to then-vice president Mike Pence in the hope he would count them, rather than the authentic certificates, and thus overturn Joe Biden's victory. This effort helped form a fringe legal theory outlined by Trump attorney John Eastman in the Eastman memos, which claimed the vice president has constitutional discretion to swap official electors with an alternate slate during the certification process, thus changing the outcome of the electoral college vote and the overall winner of the presidential race. The scheme came to be known as the Pence Card. By 2023, many individuals in several states had been indicted for their alleged involvement, with other investigations underway.
