The Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar is the official representative of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

Yang Houlan was a Chinese diplomat. He was born in Enshi, Hubei. He was a graduate of Wuhan University and George Washington University. He was Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Afghanistan (2007–2009), Nepal (2011–2013) and Myanmar (2013–2015). He was Ambassador for Korean Peninsula Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China (2009–2011).

The 1967 anti-Chinese riots in Burma refer to riots led by mobs of the dominant Burmese population against Chinese people in Burma. The trouble flared in Rangoon on 26 June 1967, largely in response to the People's Republic of China's perceived attempt to spread the influence of its Cultural Revolution in Burma. The riots caused a deterioration in Sino-Burmese relations which did not normalize until 1970.

The Chinese ambassador to the European Union is the official representative of the government in Beijing to the European Commission.
