Chu-yuanLee is a Taiwanese architect born in Guangdong, Republic of China. He received his bachelor's degree from National Cheng Kung University (Tainan) and his master's from Princeton University in the US. He directed the design of Taipei 101, the world's tallest skyscraper at the time of completion, in 2004.
100 King Street West, formerly known as Stelco Tower, is the third tallest building in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. The 103 metres (338 ft), 25-storey office skyscraper was completed in 1972, and is part of the larger Lloyd D. Jackson Square complex.
The Solae is an elevator test tower located in the city of Inazawa, Japan. It is owned by Mitsubishi Electric. The tower is 173 metres (568 ft). When completed in 2007, it was the world's tallest elevator test tower. Since that time, the record has been broken by the Hyundai Eizan Tower in 2009, the Hitachi G1 Tower in 2010 and the Kunshan Test Tower in China.
The KK100, formerly known as Kingkey 100 and Kingkey Finance Tower, is a supertall skyscraper in Shenzhen, Guangdong.
The Far Eastern Plaza is a set of twin skyscrapers located in Daan District, Taipei, Taiwan. The buildings are each 165 m (541 ft) in height 41 floors above the ground. The towers, designed by the Taiwanese architect Chu-Yuan Lee and the P&T Group, were completed in 1994 and were among the earliest skyscrapers in Taipei.
The Cathay Shi-Wei Financial Center is a 27-story, 126.2 metres (414 ft) skyscraper office building completed in 2001 in Lingya District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The plan of Cathay Shi-Wei Financial Center is a horizontal T shape, forming a square and rectangular structure respectively. The space connected by the two areas serves as the building's elevator equipment, stairs, and logistics equipment. The building is covered with pink tiles and reinforced glued heat-insulating glass. Located in close proximity to the Kaohsiung City Government, the building houses the Kaohsiung branch of Mitsubishi Electric.
