Menemen railway station is a railway station at Menemen in Izmir Province, Turkey. The station is served by the Turkish State Railways, the national rail carrier of Turkey. The station is serviced by six trains daily. Northbound TCDD trains go to either Bandırma, Ankara, Afyon or Uşak and southbound TCDD trains all go to Basmane Terminal in İzmir. North of the station, the double track branch line to Aliağa splits from the main line. The original station was built in 1866 by the Smyrna Cassaba Railway. Menemen station also serves the İZBAN trains. There is a transfer from ESHOT buses.
The 1971 Sudanese coup d'état was a short-lived communist-backed coup, led by Major Hashem al Atta, one of the founding members of the free officers organization that carried out a coup two years prior, against the government of President Gaafar Nimeiry. The coup took place on 19 July 1971, toppling the government of the Democratic Republic of the Sudan, but failed to garner support either domestically or internationally. After several days Nimeiry loyalists launched a counter-coup, freeing Nimeiry and toppling Atta's government.
SCP – Containment Breach is an indie horror game developed by Joonas "Regalis" Rikkonen. It is based on stories from the SCP Foundation collaborative writing project. In the game, the player controls a human test subject, D-9341, who is trapped in an underground facility designed to study and contain anomalous entities known as SCPs. The player must escape the facility during a breach of these entities while avoiding hostile SCPs and other threats.
