TV Patrol is a Philippine television news broadcasting show broadcast by ABS-CBN, Kapamilya Channel, ABS-CBN News Channel, TeleRadyo Serbisyo, A2Z, and All TV Originally anchored by Noli de Castro, Mel Tiangco, Robert Arevalo and Frankie Evangelista, it premiered on March 2, 1987 on the network's primetime slot replacing Balita Ngayon. De Castro, Karen Davila, Bernadette Sembrano, and Henry Omaga-Diaz currently serve as the anchors. It is the longest-running Filipino-language news program.

The 25th PMPC Star Awards for Television was held on Tuesday night, November 22, 2011, at Newport Performing Arts Theater, Resorts World Manila in Pasay, Manila and broadcast over ABS-CBN Channel 2 on November 27, 2011. The ceremony was hosted by Piolo Pascual, Shamcey Supsup, Richard Gomez and Dawn Zulueta and directed by Al Quinn. <i>Tropa Mo Ko Unli</i> Filipino TV series or program

Tropa Mo Ko Unli Spoof is a weekly gag show produced by the TV5 Entertainment Group and it is aired every Saturday at 7:00pm (PST) on TV5. The program aired from September 14, 2013 to July 4, 2015, replacing Lokomoko and Tropang Kulit and was replaced by LolaBasyang.com. Its format similar to Tropang Trumpo which has been aired from 1994 to 1999. The title is a merger between Tropang Trumpo and Lokomoko U, resulting in Ogie Alcasid's return/arrival to TV5.

The 27th PMPC Star Awards for Television ceremony was held at the AFP Theater in Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City on November 24, 2013, and broadcast over ABS-CBN Channel 2 on December 1, 2013. The ceremony was hosted by Alex and Toni Gonzaga, Raymond and Richard Gutierrez and directed by Al Quinn. The theme is in coincidence with the Philippine Television's 60th anniversary.

The 26th PMPC Star Awards for Television ceremony was held at the Henry Lee Irwin Theater in Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon City on November 18, 2012 and broadcast over ABS-CBN Channel 2 on November 25, 2012. The ceremony was hosted by Aga Muhlach, Kris Aquino and Toni Gonzaga and directed by Al Quinn.

The 28th PMPC Star Awards for Television awarding ceremony was held last November 23, 2014, at the Solaire Resort and Casino Grand Ballroom, Parañaque and will be broadcast on ABS-CBN Channel 2 on November 30, 2014. The awards night will be hosted by Iza Calzado, Kim Chiu, Enchong Dee and Piolo Pascual with performances by Maja Salvador, James Reid, Pokwang, and the cast of Bubble Gang; directed by Arnel Natividad.

The PMPC Star Awards for Best News Program are given to the best television newscasts of the year and also male and female newscasters in the Philippines.

The PMPC Star Award for Best Public Service Program is given to the best television public service of the year and also public service program hosts.

Inquirer 990 Television was a Philippine terrestrial television news channel owned by Trans-Radio Broadcasting Corporation. It was the television counterpart of radio news station DZIQ 990, broadcasting in the AM band and was the fifth station to simulcast its radio stream to television, after DZMM, DZRH, DWAN, DZRJ, DWIZ, DZRB, DZRV and 92.3 Radyo5 True FM. Originally on live streaming, it became available as a terrestrial subchannel on BEAM TV, and some programs are also available on analog free TV Channel 31.

The Excellence in Broadcasting Lifetime Achievement Award is an honorary Star Award for Television bestowed by the Philippine Movie Press Club to recognize the long-time broadcast journalists of the news, information, public affairs and public service in the media for lifetime achievement within the television industry in the Philippines.

Dos por Dos is a Philippine national radio program. It was first aired over DZMM from April 24, 2000, to May 5, 2020, and was simulcast on its sister cable television channel from its launch in March 12, 2007, until July 31, 2020. It resumed airing over DZRH and DZRH News Television on August 31, 2020.
