The Ljubljana Summer Festival is a festival held between July and August in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. First organized in 1953 it is the oldest festival in the country. [1]

It attracts notable opera stars, ballet and theatre performers and also eminent rock and jazz musicians internationally who perform at the festival.

Stična Mansion is a mansion house located at 34 Old Square in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. The mansion was built between 1628 and 1630, with the purpose of accommodating the abbots of the Cistercian monastery in the village of Stična. Since then, it has undergone several alterations, notably the façade was reworked in the early 18th century. In front of Stična Mansion stands the Hercules Fountain.

Opposite Town Hall is the Krisper House, where Julija Primic, the inspiration of the Slovene Romantic poet France Prešeren, was born in 1816. The Trail of Remembrance and Comradeship, also referred to as the Trail Along the Wire, the Trail Around Ljubljana, or the Green Ring, is a gravel-paved recreational and memorial walkway almost 33 km (21 mi) long and 4 m (13 ft) wide around the city of Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. The walkway leads past Koseze Pond and across Golovec Hill.

Ljubljana Hippodrome or Stožice Hippodrome, a horse racecourse stadium in the capital of Slovenia, is the main sport venue of this kind in the country. It is only 3 kilometres north from the center of Ljubljana. It was built in 1957. It is the seat of 'Horse Club Ljubljana'.

The Exhibition and Convention Centre in Ljubljana is a venue for organising domestic and international fairs as well as other events. The building complex stands in the Bežigrad District, between Vienna Street (Dunajska cesta, Vilhar Street, and Robba Street, north of the Ljubljana railway station. It is operated by the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre company. The basic mission of the company is the organization of various events where the exhibitors and visitors meet and cooperate creatively.

The Ljubljana Slovene National Theatre Drama, or the Slovene National Theatre Drama in Ljubljana, is the national theatre in Ljubljana, Slovenia, best known for its conservative repertoire, including classical European dramatic texts and selected contemporary non-commercial European and Slovene ones. Its seat is the Ljubljana Drama Theatre to the southeast of the Slovene Museum of Natural History and southwest of the University of Ljubljana, at 1 Erjavec Street. It is an Art Nouveau building originally of the city's German Theatre.

The Fabiani Bridge is a two-level bridge over the Ljubljanica River in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. It links Njegoš Street with Rog Street and thus completes the Ljubljana's inner ring road. The bridge has been named after its original conceptor Max Fabiani (1865–1962) and was opened to the public on 22 August 2012. The architect in charge of the design was Jurij Kobe.
