Daniel Garcia Felicione Napoleão, known professionally as Gloria Groove, is a Brazilian singer, rapper, songwriter, actor, voice actor, and drag queen. During his childhood, Groove starred in the RecordTV telenovela Savage, and began work as a voice actor. After a period working in theatre as a teenager, Garcia adopted the drag persona "Gloria Groove" in 2014. Two years later, he started gaining prominence by appearing in the TV Globo reality show Amor & Sexo.

The MTV MIAW Awards Brazil were established by MTV Brazil in 2018 to celebrate music, television and internet artists. The first edition happened in May 2018 and was hosted by Whindersson Nunes in São Paulo, Brazil.

Any Gabrielly Rolim Soares (Portuguese:[ɐ̃ˈniɡabɾiˈɛli]) is a Brazilian singer, songwriter, dancer, actress and model. Born in Guarulhos, São Paulo, she began dancing at a young age and performed at some of the city's theaters while attending the São Paulo Municipal Ballet School. In 2013, she made her debut playing young Nala in the musical The Lion King. Her big break came in 2016 when she was chosen as the voice of Disney Princess Moana Waialiki on the Brazilian version of the animated film Moana. In addition to her voice acting work, Any Gabrielly also recorded a few songs for the film's soundtrack, including "Saber Quem Sou," the Portuguese version of the track "How Far I'll Go." Over the next few years, she represented Brazil in the global pop group Now United. The group's hits include the singles "Summer in the City" (2017) and "Paraná" (2019), as well as the musical Love, Love, Love (2021). In 2022 she left the group to focus on her solo career, managed by Simon Fuller.

The category was later renamed to Best Album from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, the award name changed to Best Record, and in 2020, it was altered to its current name. Marcelo D2 and Titãs are the most awarded artists, with a total of two wins. Sandy & Junior are the act with most nominations in this category, receiving a total of five nods.

The Multishow Brazilian Music Award for TVZ Music Video of the Year is an award given at the annual Multishow Brazilian Music Award, a ceremony that was established in 1994 and originally called the TVZ Award. The category was first presented in 2014 as Best TVZ Music Video to Luan Santana for the video "Te Esperando". Anitta are the most awarded artist of the category with six wins, followed by Luan Santana with four wins. A similar award for Best Music Video was awarded from 1994 to 2016.

Multishow Brazilian Music Award for New Artist is an award given at the Multishow Brazilian Music Award, a ceremony that was established in 1994 and originally called the TVZ Award. The award was first presented at the inaugural ceremony as National New Artist. From 2000 to 2004, it was divided into two awards: Solo New Artist and Group New Artist.

The ceremony will be broadcast on Multishow and TV Globo and available to stream on Globoplay. Tatá Werneck, Tadeu Schmidt and Kenya Sade will be host the ceremony. The nominations were announced on October 24, 2024; Liniker received the most nominations with eleven.
