Maasa Sudo (須藤 茉麻, Sudō Maasa, born July 3, 1992) is a Japanese actress, singer, and tarento. She is a former member of Berryz Kobo, a J-pop idol group within Hello! Project.

Career

Sudo was born in Tokyo. In 2002, she successfully passed the Hello! Project Kids audition. Sudo was a member of the group Berryz Kobo from 2004 to 2015. In March 2009, she released her first Photobook, called "Maasa". In 2010, it was confirmed that she was going to be the lead-actress of the movie Light Novel no Tanoshii Kakikata!, based on a light novel with the same name, together with former Hello Pro Egg Arisa Noto, Hisanori Sato and others. The movie premiered in cinemas in Japan in December 2010, and the DVD was released March 3, 2011. Maasa played the role of "Tsurugi Yabusame". [1]

Yurina Kumai is a Japanese pop singer and fashion model. She is a former member of all-girl group Berryz Kobo, under Hello! Project. Kumai joined Hello! Project in 2002 after passing the Hello! Project Kids audition. She is the tallest member of Hello! Project at 1.81 m.

Risako Sugaya is a former Japanese pop singer, and actress. She first gained recognition when she joined Hello! Project Kids and later became one of the lead vocalists of the girl group Berryz Kobo from 2004 to 2015.

ZYX (pop group)

ZYX were a short-lived Japanese pop group made up of five Hello! Project Kids members led by Mari Yaguchi of Morning Musume. Yaguchi acted as a mentor and the group released two singles. ZYX is important in that it is the first unit that Hello! Project Kids officially joined with the second being Aa! formed in 2003, the third being Berryz Kobo in 2004, and the fourth being Cute in 2005. As Saki Shimizu and Momoko Tsugunaga were selected to become members of Berryz Kobo in 2004, the activity of ZYX ended.

Airi Suzuki is a Japanese singer, actress, model, and radio personality associated with Up-Front Works. In 2002, she joined Hello! Project as a member of Hello! Project Kids and later debuted as one of the lead vocalists of the Japanese girl group Cute in 2005. Throughout her singing career, Suzuki also became a vocalist for the girl group Buono! From June 2015 onwards, she became an exclusive model for the fashion magazine Ray.

Saki Shimizu is a J-pop singer. Her career began in 2002 when she passed the audition for Hello! Project Kids, an all-female teen pop group within Hello! Project. She continued to sing in that group and became a part of two smaller groups composed of Hello! Project Kids members, Berryz Kobo and ZYX. She is captain of J-pop band Berryz Kobo.
