Manlio Molinari (born 24 August 1964) is a retired Sammarinese athlete who competed in the 400 and 800 metres. [2] He represented his country at four consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1984.

The championship titles were restricted to Finnish nationals from 1987 onwards, with foreign competitors reduced to guest status only.
