Mansoor Akhtar (born 25 December 1957) is a Pakistani former cricketer who played in 19 Test matches and 41 One Day Internationals between 1980 and 1990. In his Test career Mansoor scored one century and three half-centuries,with a highest score of 111 against Australia in Faisalabad. In his ODI career he failed to even record a half century and took only two wickets.
At the age of only 19 he partnered Waheed Mirza in a world record opening stand of 561 on 7 and 8 February 1977 while playing for Karachi Whites against Quetta at National Stadium,Karachi. [2] The partnership is still the best for the first wicket in first-class cricket,and took just six and a half hours.
On 7 August 2019,Mansoor Akhtar,along with one other person named Ramesh Gupta from India,was alleged to have approached Pakistani cricketer Umar Akmal for match fixing during the second edition of the Global T20 Canada tournament. Akmal,however,reported the approach to the Pakistan Cricket Board and tournament officials. Anti-corruption officials instructed all participating teams to stay away from Akhtar and Ramesh Gupta. Mansoor Akhtar has admitted meeting Umar Akmal,but hasn't admitted to the allegations of fixing. [3]
Sahibzada Mohammad Shahid Khan Afridi is a Pakistani former cricketer and captain of the Pakistan national cricket team. An all-rounder,Afridi was a right-handed leg spinner and a right-handed batsman.
Danish Parabha Shankar Kaneria,is a Pakistani former cricketer who played for the Pakistan national cricket team between 2000 and 2010. A right-arm leg spinner who could bowl a googly,Kaneria played 61 Test matches for Pakistan and took 261 wickets at an average of 34.79. He was the second Hindu,after his cousin Anil Dalpat,and the seventh non-Muslim overall to represent Pakistan in international cricket.

Fawad Tariq Alam is a Pakistani cricketer and actor who plays for Sindh and the Pakistan national cricket team. He made his international debut for Pakistan in May 2007. He returned to Pakistan's Test team after a gap of 88 Tests and more than 10 years,the second longest gap by a Pakistani in Test cricket after Younis Ahmed's 104 Tests gap. Sohail Tanvir will be representing the Multan Sultans when the PSL resumes for the finals of the series in November 2020 after the team ended the league stage on top of the table. He is currently enrolled in the USA Open draft for the upcoming edition of the tournament running from 16 to 20 December 2020. In a 2020 interview,Tanvir described his 2007 Test debut wicket of Rahul Dravid in Delhi as the 'ball of his life' when the ball pitched outside leg stump and shattered 'the wall's off-stump in an unplayable manner.

The 2004–05 ABN-AMRO Twenty-20 Cup was the first edition of the ABN-AMRO Twenty-20 Cup,a domestic Twenty20 tournament in Pakistan sponsored by ABN AMRO. On 19 October 2016,at the 2017 player draft,league chairman Najam Sethi announced that the final of the 2017 tournament might be played in Lahore,Pakistan,depending on the security situation there. The 2020–21 National T20 Cup was a Twenty20 domestic cricket competition that was played in Pakistan. It was the 17th season of the National T20 Cup,and started on 30 September 2020,and finished on 18 October 2020. Northern cricket team were the defending champions. The season featured an expanded format,with the number of matches increasing from 18 to 33. In July 2020,the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced that the tournament would be held either in Multan or Rawalpindi. In August 2020,it was confirmed that the first leg will be played in Multan,and the final leg in Rawalpindi.
