MarinaBlue, also known as Marina Blue, is a skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in northeastern Downtown, on Biscayne Bay along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. The tower was one of the first buildings in Park West to be completed. Built by Hyperion Development, the developers of another building named Blue on the Bay further uptown, the building finished construction in May 2007. Marinablue is located across the street from the FTX Arena. The building rises 615 feet (187 m), and has 57 floors. Marinablue is almost all-residential, with some retail and office space on the lower floors. The building was opened to residential occupancy since the spring of 2008. The building currently stands as the 9th-tallest in Miami and the 10th-tallest in Florida, as well as the 5th-tallest residential building in the city and the state.

The building itself is designed to reflect the heat from the sun while still keeping warmth, and designed to withstand 140 mph winds. As of June 2020, it stood as the 22nd-tallest building in Miami.

It contains 44 floors, and was completed in 2005. The West Tower is 449 ft tall, and contains 45 floors. It too was completed in 2005.

Tequesta Point is a complex of residential high-rises in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It consists of three skyscraper buildings located on Brickell Key, an urban island to the east of the Central Business District. Three Tequesta Point, the tallest of the three, was completed in 2001. It is 480 ft tall, and has 46 floors. Two Tequesta Point, the central building of the complex, was completed in 1999. It is 410 ft tall, and has 40 floors. One Tequesta Point, the original building of the complex, was built in 1995. It contains 30 floors and is at the northern end of Brickell Key. The buildings, when opened, were some of the tallest Miami had to offer; however, since the start of the building boom in the early 2000s, many skyscrapers which are much taller than the Tequesta Point buildings have been built. Nevertheless, because the complex is located directly on Biscayne Bay, the buildings can still be seen from Miami Beach and from boats in the bay.

The Loft 2 is a residential skyscraper in the Central Business District of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It is part of the complex "Loft Miami", which includes the shorter "The Loft" and "The Loft 3", which was cancelled. The building was completed in 2007. It is 433 ft tall and contains 36 floors. The complex is located at NE 2nd Street and NE 2nd Avenue, two blocks west of Biscayne Boulevard. The First Street Metromover Station passes through the Loft 2 building. This made construction especially difficult, as metro train service could not be delayed during construction. Retail occupies the bottom floor, while floors 2-36 are residential lofts and condominiums. The Loft 2 has 496 units which sold out in two and a half days.

Floors 1-5 are occupied by retail, while floors 6-40 are residential condominiums and apartments. The building is located at the corner of North Bayshore Drive and Northeast 18th Street. It was awarded the SARA Design Award in 2002 for its exterior architectural appeal.

900 Biscayne Bay is a skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in northeastern Downtown, on Biscayne Bay along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. It opened for residential occupancy in early 2008. The tower is 650 feet (200 m) tall and has 63 floors. The building currently stands as the 7th-tallest building in Miami and in the state of Florida, behind the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, Southeast Financial Center and Marquis Miami. It also stands as tallest all-residential building in the city and the state. 900 Biscayne Bay is located across the street from Ten Museum Park, another recently completed Miami residential high-rise, near Museum Park and American Airlines Arena in northern Biscayne Boulevard. It is also adjacent to the Park West Metromover station. Originally planned to rise 712 feet (217 m) and 65 floors, the building went through a height reduction during its construction, with a decorative rooftop spire and two floors being removed from the final plans.

CCCC Miami Towers is the preliminary name for a mixed-use project being planned in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States. The site is bounded by South Miami Avenue to the east, SW 14th Terrace to the south, SW 1st Avenue to the west, and SW 14th Street to the north. The site broke ground in 2006 and was excavated for a previous project that stalled known as Capital at Brickell. Aston Martin Residences is a skyscraper under construction in Miami, located in downtown along the Miami River and Biscayne Bay. It is expected to be the tallest all-residential building south of New York City. The building will feature a full-service marina that can accommodate superyachts. The building will have nearly 400 residences, the majority of which have been sold as of 2020. The main penthouse unit includes an Aston Martin Vulcan with purchase. The building topped out in December 2021.
