One Broadway is a residential skyscraper in the city of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in Downtown's southern Brickell Financial District, an area of increased density with the recent building boom in Miami. The 37-story tower was completed in 2005, and is located at 1451 South Miami Avenue, two blocks west of Brickell Avenue. The building is near Southeast/Southwest 15th Road, which is known as Broadway in Brickell. [1] The building was closed in the early 2020s for more than a year for a major renovation, including a new glass façade.

Brickell Arch is an office skyscraper in Brickell in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It was designed by the architectural firm of Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates PC (KPF). The 505-foot (154-meter), 36-story building is located on the southern end of Brickell Avenue in the Financial District. On April 18, 2012, the AIA's Florida Chapter placed the building on its list of Florida Architecture: 100 Years. 100 Places.

The building consists of condominiums, as well as restaurants and other retail stores. It contains 37 floors, and is 423 ft tall. The address is 1250 South Miami Avenue. The building is located near the Mary Brickell Village shopping area, on South Miami Avenue between 12th and 13th Streets. It is located in the southwestern Brickell Financial District, about three blocks west of Biscayne Bay.
The Santa Maria is a residential skyscraper in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. The building is located in the city's Brickell neighborhood, south of Downtown. The building has 51 floors and is 520 feet (160 m) tall. The address is 1643 Brickell Avenue. The building is just a short distance from the Brickell Financial District. The building was completed in 1997, before the most recent major building booms in Miami began in the 2000s and again since 2012.
701 Brickell Avenue, is an office skyscraper in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located on Brickell Avenue in the northern Brickell Financial District, just three blocks from Biscayne Bay. The tower was built in 1986 and opened as the Lincoln Center, it held that title until 2004. It currently goes by its address, which is 701 Brickell, because there was already a building in Miami at the time that claimed the Bank of America appellation, and therefore it could not take that name. However, that specific building has since been renamed the Miami Tower. The building is currently owned by TIAA–CREF, which purchased it in November 2002.
Brickell City Centre is a large mixed-use complex consisting of two residential high-rise towers, two office buildings, a high-rise hotel, and an interconnected five-story shopping mall and lifestyle center covering 9 acres (36,000 m2) located in the Brickell district of Downtown Miami, Florida. Situated at the junction of Miami Avenue and Eighth Street, it spans up to five blocks to the west of Brickell Avenue and to the south of the Miami River. Contrary to the name, the development is not in the traditional downtown Miami city centre, but in the more recently redeveloped financial district of Brickell. The retail shopping and lifestyle center is operated by Simon Malls.
Infinity at Brickell is a condominium in Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in Miami's Brickell Financial District. When it topped out, it was the 6th tallest building in Miami and Florida. Although not in the same complex, it was built across the street from Infinity II site, hence its name. The location is in southwestern Brickell, on South Miami Avenue near 13th Street. The building opened in 2008. It is 630 feet (190 m) tall, and has 56 floors. It is about 100 feet (30 m) shorter than Infinity II was supposed to be. The lower floors of the building are dedicated to office space and retail, while the upper floors are used for residential units. The architects are Adache Group Architects and Borges & Associates.
The Icon Brickell complex is an urban development center in Miami, Florida, United States. It is located on the south side of the Miami River in Downtown's northern Brickell Financial District. The complex consists of three skyscrapers and the Icon Brickell Plaza, connecting the towers at their base. The first two towers, the Icon Brickell North Tower and Icon Brickell South Tower, are twin buildings. Each one is 586 feet (179 m) tall with 58 floors. The third phase of the complex is the W Hotel Tower, which is 542 feet (165 m) tall with 50 floors. The complex is on the east side of Brickell Avenue between Southeast 5th and 6th Streets. The architectural firm Arquitectonica worked on the project, while the design was done by Philippe Starck and John Hitchcox's design company.
1450 Brickell, is an all-office skyscraper in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is 540 feet tall with 35 floors. It is adjacent to One Broadway in Downtown Miami's southern Brickell Financial District. The building is located on the corner of Brickell Avenue and Broadway. Designed by Nichols Architects, and developed by The Rilea Group, the building contains more than 580,000 square feet (54,000 m2) of office space and 10,000 square feet of ground level retail. The project was one of several new office buildings to open in Downtown Miami in 2010.
Axis at Brickell Village is a high-rise building complex in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. The complex, designed by the renowned Arquitectonica architecture firm, consists of two residential twin towers, Axis at Brickell Village North Tower and Axis at Brickell Village South Tower. Both towers were topped off in mid-2007, meaning that they have reached their final heights and were completed in 2008. The towers rise 418 feet each, with 40 floors. They are among the tallest buildings in Miami. The buildings are located at 1100 Southwest 1st Avenue. Axis on Brickell is located immediately adjacent to the Brickell Metrorail and Metromover station.
The Roads is a neighborhood of Miami in Miami-Dade County, Florida. It is a triangular area located south of SW 11th Street, between SW 12th Avenue and SW 15th Road, just west of Brickell.
The Bond on Brickell is a 44-story, 328-unit residential skyscraper at 1080 Brickell Avenue. The building is located near the Tenth Street Metromover station and the Brickell Metrorail station.
Simpson Park, officially Simpson Park Hammock, is a 7.8-acre (3.2 ha) urban park and nature preserve located between Brickell and The Roads neighborhoods of Miami, Florida. The park was originally known as Jungle Park, as 5.5 acres (2.2 ha) were set aside in 1913 by a group of individuals to preserve what is now one of the last remaining tracts of Brickell Hammock, a tropical hardwood hammock which once ran from the Miami River to Coconut Grove.
The SLS Hotel & Residences Brickell is a high rise building in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. The project includes 450 condominium units in addition to the 133 room hotel. With the exception of a few penthouses, the project sold out before breaking ground. The project is located at 1300 South Miami Avenue, next to the Infinity at Brickell; it replaces the second phase of that project. There is another SLS-branded building a few blocks north known as SLS Lux.
Brickell Flatiron is a residential skyscraper in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. Brickell Flatiron is 736 feet (224 m) tall, 64 stories, and has 527-units. The luxury condominium is named "flatiron" due to the triangular lot it is built on, similar to the Flatiron Building in New York City. The 698-foot-high tower is one of the tallest buildings in Miami.
SLS Lux is a 58-story skyscraper luxury apartment building and hotel in the Brickell district of Greater Downtown Miami, Florida, United States.
