Ten Museum Park is a residential skyscraper in Miami, Florida. It is located in northeastern Downtown, on Biscayne Bay along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. It was designed by Chad Oppenheim of Oppenheim Architecture + Design. Completed in early 2007, it opened for residential occupancy in mid-2007. The building is 585 feet (178 m) tall, and has 50 floors with 200 units. The building itself is designed to reflect the heat from the sun while still keeping warmth, and designed to withstand 140 mph winds.[ citation needed ] As of June 2020, it stood as the 22nd-tallest building in Miami.
Ten Museum Park contains 20,000 square feet (1,858 m2) of Class A office space, retail space on the lower floors, and residential condominium units, which occupy most of the space on the upper floors.
The Four Seasons Hotel and Tower, also known as the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, is a 70-story, 781 feet (238 m) skyscraper in Miami, Florida. Located in downtown Miami's Brickell Financial District, it is the third tallest building in Miami as well as in Florida. The tower contains a Four Seasons Hotel property, office space and several residential condominium units on the upper floors.
MarinaBlue, also known as Marina Blue, is a skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in northeastern Downtown, on Biscayne Bay along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. The tower was one of the first buildings in Park West to be completed. Built by Hyperion Development, the developers of another building named Blue on the Bay further uptown, the building finished construction in May 2007. Marinablue is located across the street from the Miami-Dade Arena. The building rises 615 feet (187 m), and has 57 floors. Marinablue is almost all-residential, with some retail and office space on the lower floors. The building was opened to residential occupancy since the spring of 2008. The building currently stands as the 9th-tallest in Miami and the 10th-tallest in Florida, as well as the 5th-tallest residential building in the city and the state.
One Biscayne Tower is an office skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. It is located on the eastern edge of Downtown Miami, on South Biscayne Boulevard. It comprises Class A office space completely. The office tower was acquired by CP Group in 2021 in a joint venture with Rialto Capital Management. The approximately 983,000 square feet building contains 39 floors and is 492 ft tall, to the roof. The 200-foot antenna mast on top of the building raises its total height, including antenna, to nearly 700 feet.
One Downtown is an office skyscraper in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. Formerly known as SunTrust International Center, it is located in the heart of the Central Business District, on Southeast 1st Street near 3rd Avenue. It is one block west of Biscayne Boulevard. The tower rises from a six-story parking pedestal, and comprises 31 floors. It is 125 m (375 ft) in height, which gives it a very low position on the list of tallest buildings in Miami. However, as the building opened in 1973, it appears in most photos of the Miami skyline, and is one of the more famous buildings in the city. It sits behind the larger One Biscayne Tower, also completed in the early 1970s, and since the completion of 50 Biscayne, the tower is further obstructed if viewed from Biscayne Bay. The building is the Miami headquarters of SunTrust Bank and is almost entirely composed of Class A office space. It was built by The Auchter Company.
Citigroup Center is a high-rise office building located at 201 South Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, Florida. Although Miami Center is not the city's tallest building, it is a symbol of an earlier downtown. Built in 1983, it is older than most of the taller buildings in Miami, which were built in the last decade. In addition, the Miami Center is immediately adjacent to Bayfront Park, and is unobstructed when looking at the skyline from Miami Beach to the east. The building is 484 ft tall and has 34 floors. It is located on Biscayne Boulevard and Southeast 3rd Street, east of the Central Business District and is adjacent to the Southeast Financial Center and the Hotel Intercontinental. The Bayfront Park Metro Station is also located close to the building. The tower consists of 100% office space.
50 Biscayne is a fifty-seven story skyscraper condo in the Central Business District of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. As its name implies, the tower is located at the address of 50 Biscayne Boulevard in between Flagler and Northeast 1st Streets. The size and stature of 50 Biscayne conceives a significant part of the Biscayne Wall, which is a series of buildings and parks stretching along the Biscayne Bay.
The Loft 2 is a residential skyscraper in the Central Business District of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It is part of the complex "Loft Miami", which includes the shorter "The Loft" and "The Loft 3", which was cancelled. The building was completed in 2007. It is 433 ft tall and contains 36 floors. The complex is located at NE 2nd Street and NE 2nd Avenue, two blocks west of Biscayne Boulevard. The First Street Metromover Station passes through the Loft 2 building. This made construction especially difficult, as metro train service could not be delayed during construction. Retail occupies the bottom floor, while floors 2-36 are residential lofts and condominiums. The Loft 2 has 496 units which sold out in two and a half days.
1800 Club is a residential skyscraper in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States. It was completed in 2007. The building is located east of Biscayne Boulevard and fronts Margaret Pace Park and Biscayne Bay. The building is 423 feet (129 m) tall, and contains 40 floors. Floors 1-5 are occupied by retail, while floors 6-40 are residential condominiums and apartments. The building is located at the corner of North Bayshore Drive and Northeast 18th Street. It was awarded the SARA Design Award in 2002 for its exterior architectural appeal.
100 Biscayne, formerly known as New World Tower and 100 Biscayne Tower, is a thirty-story skyscraper in the Central Business District of Greater Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. 100 Biscayne also owns an adjacent 12-story mechanical parking garage that provides parking for its office tenants and its guests but also offers valet parking services for several nearby hotels and restaurants.
Marquis is a skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in northeastern Downtown, on Biscayne Bay along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. It was topped out in March 2008. The tower is 679 feet (207 m) tall and contains 67 floors.
900 Biscayne Bay is a skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in northeastern Downtown Miami, on Biscayne Bay along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. It opened for residential occupancy in early 2008. The tower is 650 feet (200 m) tall and has 63 floors. The building stands as the 7th-tallest building in Miami and in the state of Florida, behind Four Seasons Hotel Miami, Southeast Financial Center and Marquis Miami. It also stands as tallest all-residential building in the City and the State. 900 Biscayne Bay is located across the street from Ten Museum Park, another Miami residential high-rise, near Museum Park and American Airlines Arena in northern Biscayne Boulevard. It is also adjacent to the Park West Metromover station. Originally planned to rise 712 feet (217 m) and 65 floors, the Building went through a height reduction during its construction, with a decorative rooftop spire and two floors being removed from the final plans.
Quantum on the Bay is a complex of skyscrapers in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located just north of Downtown Miami in the Edgewater neighborhood. The complex consists of two main towers, the Quantum on the Bay South Tower and the Quantum on the Bay North Tower. The South Tower, the taller of the two, rises 554 feet (169 m) and 51 floors high. The North Tower is 536 feet (163 m) tall with 44 floors. Both towers were structurally completed in January 2008 and opened in April 2008. The towers are connected by a retail and parking center at the base. All space above the tenth floor is dedicated to residential units. The complex is located on North Bayshore Drive and Northeast 19th Street. The architect is Nichols Brosch Sandoval & Associates, Inc.
Vizcayne is an urban development in the City of Miami, Florida. It is located in northeastern Downtown Miami and consists of two residential skyscrapers, North Tower and the South Tower as well as a retail center. The buildings were topped out in 2007, and were completed in early 2008. They are located on Biscayne Boulevard between Northeast 2nd and 3rd Streets.
One Bayfront Plaza is a proposed supertall skyscraper in Miami, Florida, U.S. The building, construction of which has been approved, would stand at 1,049 feet (320 m), with 93 floors,[A] becoming the tallest building in Miami and Florida. One Bayfront Plaza would primarily consist of offices and hotel space, but also would include a retail mall, condominiums, and parking garage on the lower levels, as well as possibly an observation deck at the top. The entire project consists of over 1,400,000 square feet (100,000 m2) of Class A office and hotel space, as well as a total building area of over 4,000,000 square feet (371,612 m2) including the large podium. One Bayfront Plaza is the first skyscraper over 1,000 feet (305 m) to be approved for construction in Miami. The building's primary advocate is real estate developer Tibor Hollo, who has won several awards for his 55 years as a developer in Miami, and is currently the president of Florida East Coast Realty.

Paramount Bay is a luxury high-rise condominium building in the Edgewater Neighborhood, adjacent to the Arts & Entertainment District of Miami, Florida, United States. It stands 554.92 feet (169.14 m), with 47 floors. The building was topped off in late 2009. It was designed by the Arquitectonica architectural firm, with creative vision by Lenny Kravitz for Kravitz Design Inc. I-Star Financial and ST Residential have taken control of the project and are reinventing the property to bring to market in the second quarter of 2011. Fortune International is the current asset manager and Fortune Development Sales has been retained for Sales and Marketing. As originally envisioned, Paramount Bay would far surpass the standard residences in this neighborhood on the Biscayne Bay. Ownership and Fortune International are currently interviewing the top designers in the World to finish the residences and public spaces. Paramount Bay is designed with three towers seamlessly connected and flowing with a curvature reminiscent of Miami Modern Architecture from the 1950s and 1960s. With this design, the building offers direct views of Biscayne Bay from every condominium unit. The building has been designed with many luxury and state-of-the-art features. The tower is located on the north bank of the Miami River in Downtown Miami's Central Business District. It is bordered by Biscayne Boulevard Way on the west, Southeast 2nd Street to the north, the Miami River to the south, and Southeast 5th Avenue to the east.
