Mi-Pay is a contactless NFC-based mobile payment system that supports credit, debit and public transportation cards in China. The service was launched by Xiaomi in partnership with UnionPay. [1] [2] [3] [4]

In December 2018 Xiaomi launched Mi Pay in India with partnership with ICICI Bank. [5] Apart from sending and receiving money, one can pay utility bills and mobile and broadband recharges.[ citation needed ]

On 28 October, 2022, the company suddenly decided wound up their financial services in India, including mi pay and mi credit and decided to focus only on their core strength. [6]

Google Wallet is a digital wallet platform developed by Google. It is available for the Android, Wear OS, and Fitbit OS operating systems, and was announced on May 11, 2022, at the 2022 Google I/O keynote. It began rolling out on Android smartphones on July 18.
