Miss Europe 2020 was the 63rd edition of the Miss Europe pageant and the fifth under the Miss Europe Organization. It was held at the Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris in Paris, France on 22 December 2020. Lara Jalloh of France, was crowned Miss Europe 2020 by out going titleholder Andrea De Las Heras of Spain. Miss World 2021 was the 70th edition of the Miss World pageant, held at the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan, Puerto Rico on 16 March 2022. The coronation was originally scheduled to be held on 16 December 2021 at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum. However, the pageant was rescheduled to 16 March 2022 due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Puerto Rico.

The Miss Europe 2018 title holders were two winners from two separate countries. For the first time in pageant's 90-year history, the title is divided between two countries: Anastasia Ammosova from Russia and Anna Shornikova from Ukraine. The 1st runner up is Nika Kar from Slovenia and the 2nd runner up is Agatha Maksimova from France.

It was held at the Castle of the Knights of St. John in Rhodes City, Rhodes Island, South Aegean, Greece on 5 June 1976. Riitta Inkeri Väisänen of Finland, was crowned Miss Europe 1976 by outgoing titleholder Maria Isabel "Maribel" Lorenzo Saavedra of Spain. The 1976 contest was held two years after the previous one instead of one year due to the 1975 contest being cancelled. The 1975 contest was originally scheduled to take place in Beirut, Lebanon but was cancelled due to the Lebanese Civil War.

Miss Europe 1978, also sometimes referred to as Miss Europe 1977, was the 39th edition of the Miss Europe pageant and the 28th edition under the Mondial Events Organization. It was held in Helsinki, Finland on March 15, 1978. Eva Maria Düringer of Austria, was crowned Miss Europe 1978/1977 by outgoing titleholder Riitta Inkeri Väisänen of Finland.
