Negeri Sembilan, historically spelled as Negri Sembilan, is a state in Malaysia which lies on the western coast of Peninsular Malaysia. It borders Selangor on the north, Pahang in the east, and Malacca and Johor to the south.
The Jelebu District is the second largest district in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia after Jempol, with a population over 40,000. Jelebu borders on the Seremban District to its west and Kuala Pilah District to its south, Jempol District to its southeast, Bentong and Bera Districts, Pahang to its east and Hulu Langat District, Selangor to the north. Jelebu is a suburban district with blossoming semi-agricultural industry. Jelebu is also a parliamentary constituency of the Dewan Rakyat in the Malaysian Parliament. Kuala Klawang is the principal town of the district.
The Titiwangsa Mountains, also known as Banjaran Besar by locals, is the chain of mountains that forms the backbone of the Malay Peninsula. The northern section of the range is in southern Thailand, where it is known as the Sankalakhiri Range.

Federal Route 9 or Karak–Tampin Highway is a federal road in Pahang and Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. It connects Karak, Pahang in the north with Tampin, Negeri Sembilan in the south, running along the eastern edge of the Titiwangsa Mountains.
The Yamtuan Besar, also known officially as Yang di-Pertuan Besar and unofficially as Grand Ruler, is the royal title of the ruler of the Malaysian state of Negeri Sembilan. The Grand Ruler of Negeri Sembilan is elected by a council of ruling chiefs in the state, or the Undangs. This royal practice has been followed since 1773. The Yamtuan Besar is elected from among the four leading princes of Negeri Sembilan ; the Undangs themselves cannot stand for election and their choice of a ruler is limited to a male Muslim who is Malay and also a "lawfully begotten descendant of Raja Radin ibni Raja Lenggang", the 4th Yamtuan.
The flag and the coat of arms of Negeri Sembilan are state symbols of Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The symbols are predominantly depicted in red, black and yellow, traditional colours of the Minangkabau people who are the original settlers in the present-day state. Also recognised in the symbols are the political history of Negeri Sembilan, its ruler, and the state's past relationship with the British Empire.
Tunku Dato' Seri Utama Naquiyuddin ibni Almarhum Tuanku Ja'afar is the eldest son of Tuanku Jaafar ibni Almarhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman, the Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan, who was also a former Yang di-Pertuan Agong (King) of Malaysia. He served as regent of Negeri Sembilan from 1994-1999 when his father was elected as the King of Malaysia.

Part of the Titiwangsa Mountains, it is the seventh tallest mountain in the state, behind Mts. Besar Hantu, Hantu Kecil, Telapak Buruk, Berembun and Datuk, with an elevation of 2,707 feet (825 m).
Mohd Isam bin Mohd Isa is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Tampin since November 2022. He served as Member of the Negeri Sembilan State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Gemencheh from May 2018 to August 2023. He is a member and Division Chief of Tampin of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a component party of the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition.
Negeri Sembilan Football Association (NSFA), commonly referred to as PBNS, is a sports association that is responsible for handling association football sports affairs in Negeri Sembilan. This association is also the owner of Negeri Sembilan FC. PBNS is an association registered with the Office of the Sports Commissioner of Malaysia and one of the affiliates of the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM). PBNS is currently led by the President of PBNS, Tunku Syed Razman bin Tunku Syed Idrus Al-Qadri, who is also Tunku Besar Tampin.

Mount Datuk, also known as Mount Rembau, is a mountain situated on the border between Batang Nyamor, Rembau District and Johol, Kuala Pilah District in the Malaysian state of Negeri Sembilan, at the southern section of the Titiwangsa Mountains. At around 884 m (2,900 ft), it is the highest mountain in the district of Rembau.
