Auburn is an unincorporated community in Wake County, North Carolina, United States, just southeast of Raleigh. It lies approximately halfway between Garner and Clayton along Garner Road, a former alignment of US 70. The borders of the community are not well defined, but it is centered along Garner Road between Auburn Church Road and Guy Road.
The Mount Sinai School is a historic Rosenwald School in rural Autauga County, Alabama, USA, northwest of Prattville. The one-story frame building was built in 1919 to the designs of W.A. Hazel to serve the local African American community. The money to build it was provided by the Julius Rosenwald Fund. The school was added to the Alabama Register of Landmarks and Heritage on February 2, 2001. It was subsequently listed on the National Register of Historic Places on November 29, 2001, as a part of The Rosenwald School Building Fund and Associated Buildings Multiple Property Submission.
Mount Sinai Baptist Church, also known as Mount Sinai Baptist Church and Cemetery, is a historic African-American Baptist church and cemetery located at 6100 Holy Neck Road in Suffolk, Virginia. It was built in 1921 by members of the church who were brick masons in the Victorian Gothic Revival style. It features a two towered façade, pointed Gothic-arched windows of stained glass imported from Germany, and prominent Classical porch. The church replaced a frame church erected in 1881. Associated with the church is a cemetery established about 1920.
The Oconaluftee Baptist Church, also known as the Smokemont Baptist Church is a historic Baptist church in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, near Cherokee, North Carolina. It is located off United States Route 441, overlooking the Smokemont Campground of the park. It is a basically rectangular wood-frame structure, 30 feet (9.1 m) wide and 50 feet (15 m) deep. The church's tower projects from the front of this main block, and rises about 10 feet (3.0 m) above the level of the gable roof; it does not have a spire or steeple, and its uppermost section is a louvered belfry. This church building was built in 1912 for a congregation organized in 1836. The congregation's records form a valuable documentation of local history. The church remained in active use until the area was made part of the national park in 1935, and has seen occasional use since then.

A stained-glass window at St. Luke's was given by Lily Morehead Mebane in memory of her mother, Mary Lily Connally Morehead. It features a three-stage crenellated corner tower.

The sanctuary was built in 1907, and is a red brick Gothic Revival style building. It features stained glass lancet windows and small triangular shaped windows and former towers capped by octagonal conical roofs. A brick-veneered educational/manse wing added between 1913 and 1920.
