The United Sabah Party is a political party of Sabah. The PBS was founded by Joseph Pairin Kitingan in 1985 and it is Sabah's oldest local party. In August 2020,PBS confirmed that they would be using their own logo and flag until Sabah's local coalition is established under Registrar of Societies (RoS). In 2022,Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) is the only Sabah's local coalition that has been successfully registered under the Registrar of Societies (RoS) making PBS interested in using the coalition's logo and becoming part of the coalition's component.
Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Osu bin Sukam is a Malaysian politician who served as the 12th Chief Minister of Sabah from March 1999 to March 2001,Member of Parliament (MP) for Papar from August 1986 to March 2004 and Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Kawang from February 1994 to March 2004. Following the rotation system in place at that time,Osu,an ethnic Bajau,held the post for two years representing the Muslim bumiputras of Sabah. In 2001,he was replaced by Chong Kah Kiat. Until 14 July 2005,he was a member of a ruling United Malays National Organisation (UMNO).
Datuk Seri Panglima Mohd Shafie bin Apdal is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Semporna since April 1995,State Leader of the Opposition of Sabah since September 2020 and Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Senallang since May 2018. He served as the 15th Chief Minister and the State Minister of Finance of Sabah from May 2018 to September 2020,Minister of Rural and Regional Development from April 2009 to July 2015 and Vice-President of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO),a component party of the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition. He has served as the 1st and founding President of Heritage Party (WARISAN) since October 2016. He lost the power as Chief Minister of Sabah following the defeat of his coalition WARISAN + in the 2020 state election.
Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Chong Kah Kiat is a Malaysian politician who served as Minister in the Prime Minister's Department from May 1995 to March 1999,13th Chief Minister of Sabah from March 2001 to March 2003 and President of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) from 1991 to 2006.
Jeffrey Gapari Kitingan is Malaysian politician who has served as the Deputy Chief Minister of Sabah I since January 2023 and State Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries of Sabah for the second term since September 2020. He served as the Deputy Chief Minister of Sabah II from October 2020 to his promotion in January 2023 and the first term in the position in May 2018. In January 2023,he was appointed as the Deputy Chief Minister I of Sabah succeeding Bung Mokhtar,who was dropped due to a political crisis. At the federal level,he served as the Deputy Minister of Tourism,Arts and Culture from March 2020 to his resignation in September 2020 and Deputy Minister of Housing and Local Government from August 1994 to May 1995. He has served as Member of Parliament (MP) for Keningau since May 2018,Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Tambunan since May 2018 and Bingkor from May 2013 to May 2018. He has served and been founding President of the Homeland Solidarity Party (STAR),a component party of the ruling Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) and a former component party of the federal and state ruling Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalition,since July 2016.
Anifah bin Haji Aman @ Haniff Amman is a Malaysian politician who has served as Senator since March 2023,Chairman of the Labuan Corporation since June 2023,Special Advisor to the Chief Minister of Sabah Hajiji Noor on International Relations and Foreign Investments since January 2023 and the 3rd President of the Love Sabah Party (PCS) since July 2020. He served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs,Deputy Minister of Primary Industries and Deputy Minister of Primary Industries in the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration under former Prime Ministers Mahathir Mohamad,Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and Najib Razak and former Ministers Lim Keng Yaik and Peter Chin Fah Kui from December 1999 to the collapse of the BN administration in May 2018 as well as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Beaufort from November 1999 to March 2004 and for Kimanis from March 2004 to August 2019 and for Beaufort from November 1999 to March 2004. He is a member of the PCS and was a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO),a component party of the BN coalition before leaving it to be an independent in September 2018 and joining PCS in 2020.

Datuk Seri Panglima Md Salleh bin Md Said,commonly known as Salleh Said Keruak,is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly for Usukan from February 1994 to March 2004,from May 2013 to May 2018 and again since September 2020. He served as the Minister of Communications and Multimedia in the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration under former Prime Minister Najib Razak from July 2015 to the collapse of the BN administration in May 2018,9th chief minister of Sabah from December 1994 to May 1996,Speaker of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly from December 2010 to July 2015,Senator from July 2015 to July 2018 and Member of Parliament (MP) for Kota Belud from April 1995 to March 2008. He is also the son of Mohammad Said Keruak,the 4th chief minister of Sabah and the 7th Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Sabah as well as the cousin of Isnaraissah Munirah Majilis,the Kota Belud MP.
Datuk Seri Panglima Hajah Azizah binti Mohd Dun is a Malaysian politician who served as Chairperson of the Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) from May 2020 to December 2022 and of the Special Select Committee on Fundamental Liberty and Constitutional Rights from November 2021 to November 2022,Deputy Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) from August 2020 to October 2022,the Deputy Minister of Women,Family and Community Development and Deputy Minister of Housing and Local Government in the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration under former Prime Ministers Najib Razak and Abdullah Ahmad Badawi as well as former Ministers Rohani Abdul Karim and Ong Ka Ting from May 2013 to May 2018 and from March 2004 to March 2008 respectively. She also served as the State Minister of Community Development and Consumer Affairs of Sabah in the BN state administration under former Chief Minister Musa Aman from 2008 to 2013. In addition,she served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Beaufort from March 2004 to March 2008 and again from May 2013 to November 2022 as well as Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Klias from March 2008 to May 2013. She is a member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU),a component party of the Perikatan Nasional (PN) and Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) as well as formerly Pakatan Harapan (PH) opposition coalitions and was a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO),a component party of the BN coalition. She left UMNO to be an independent in 2018 and later joined BERSATU in 2019.
Datuk Mohamaddin bin Ketapi is a Malaysian politician who served as the Minister of Tourism,Arts and Culture in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) administration under former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad from July 2018 to the collapse of the PH administration in February 2020. He served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Lahad Datu from October 2019 to November 2022 and for Silam from May 2018 to October 2019,Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Segama since September 2020 and Lahad Datu from August 1986 to October 1990. He also served as the State Assistant Minister of Industrial and Rural Development of Sabah in the United Sabah Party (PBS) state administration under former Chief Minister Joseph Pairin Kitingan from 1986 to 1990. He is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO),a component party of the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition. He was also member of the Parti Bangsa Malaysia (PBM),member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU),a component party of the ruling Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) and Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalitions,member of the Heritage Party (WARISAN) and member of the PBS. He has also served as the 1st State Chairman of PBM of Sabah from August 2022 to his resignation from the party in January 2023. On 30 October 2021,he left WARISAN and became independent in support for GRS. Later,he officially became a member of BERSATU on 26 November 2021. However on 28 June 2022,he left BERSATU and became independent again in support for BN and GRS ruling coalitions after joining it only seven months prior. He then joined PBM and was appointed as its State Chairman of Sabah exactly two months later after leaving BERSATU on 28 August 2022.On 6 January 2023,he left PBM and joined UMNO and supported its withdrawal of support for GRS that triggered the 2023 Sabah political crisis.
Isnaraissah Munirah binti Majilis @ Fakharudy is a Malaysian politician and electrical engineer who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Kota Belud since May 2018. She served as the Deputy Minister of Energy,Science,Technology,Environment and Climate Change in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) administration under former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad and former Minister Yeo Bee Yin from July 2018 to the collapse of the PH administration in February 2020. She is a member of the Heritage Party (WARISAN) and was a member of the People's Justice Party (PKR),a component party of the PH and formerly Pakatan Rakyat (PR) coalitions. She is also presently the sole female WARISAN MP.
Mohamad bin Haji Alamin is a Malaysian politician and lawyer who has served as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) administration under Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim and Minister Zambry Abdul Kadir since December 2022 and the Member of Parliament (MP) for Kimanis since January 2020. He served as the Deputy Minister of Education II in the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration under former Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob and former Minister Radzi Jidin from September 2021 to the collapse of the BN administration in November 2022 and Chairman of the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) from May 2020 to March 2022. The 2020 Sabah state election took place on 26 September 2020 to elect all 73 elected members of the 16th Sabah State Legislative Assembly. The previous Assembly was dissolved on 30 July 2020.
Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji bin Haji Noor is a Malaysian politician who has served as the 16th Chief Minister of Sabah since September 2020 and Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Sulaman since October 1990. He is also the first official chairman of political coalition party in Sabah,the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah Party and 3rd President of the Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (GAGASAN).
Ellron Alfred Angin is a Malaysian politician who has been the State Minister of Rural Development briefly in 2018 and currently the incumbent State Minister of Youth and Sports since 2020. He has served as the Member of Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Sook since March 2008. He was formerly a member of the Parti Bersatu Rakyat Sabah (PBRS) which is aligned with the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition both in federal and state levels and now a member of the Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku (STAR) which is a component party of the Perikatan Nasional secondary ruling coalition in both federal and state levels.
Wetrom bin Bahanda is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Kota Marudu since November 2022 and Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Bandau since September 2020. He served as the State Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister of Sabah in the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) state administration under Chief Minister Hajiji Noor from October 2020 to his resignation in October 2022. He is a member of the Social Democratic Harmony Party (KDM) and was a member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU),a component party of the ruling Perikatan Nasional (PN) and GRS as well as formerly the Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalitions and was a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO),a component party of the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition. He has also served as the 1st Deputy President of KDM for the Muslim bumiputera quota since October 2022. He is also the older brother of Verdon Bahanda,the MP for Kudat.
Joniston Bangkuai is a Malaysian politician who has served as the State Assistant Minister of Tourism,Culture and Environment of Sabah in the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) state administration under Chief Minister Hajiji Noor and Ministers Jafry Ariffin and Christina Liew Chin Jin since October 2020,Chairman of the Sabah Tourism Board (STB) since December 2020 as well as Member of Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Kiulu since May 2013. He is a member of the United Sabah Party (PBS),a component party of the GRS coalition. He has served as the Information Chief of PBS since July 2022 and Secretary-General of PBS from January 2021 to July 2022 and also served as Information Chief of GRS coalition since March 2022.
Andi Muhammad Suryady bin Bandy is a Malaysian politician who has served as the State Assistant Minister of Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship of Sabah in the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) state administration under Chief Minister Hajiji Noor and Minister Phoong Jin Zhe since February 2023,the Member of Parliament (MP) for Kalabakan since November 2022 as well as Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Tanjung Batu since September 2020. He also served as the State Assistant Minister of Industrial Development of Sabah and State Assistant Minister of Youth and Sports of Sabah in the GRS state administration under Chief Minister Hajiji and Ministers Ellron Alfred Angin and Phoong from October 2020 to February 2023. He is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO),a component party of the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition.
Suhaimi bin Nasir is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Libaran since November 2022 and a Nominated Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) since October 2020. He is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO),a component party of the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition.
Mohd Arsad bin Bistari is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Tempasuk since September 2020. He is a member of the Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (GAGASAN),a component party of the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) coalition and was a former member of the United Malays National Organisation of Sabah,a component party of the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition. He left Sabah UMNO for GAGASAN on 21 February 2023.
