Mycetocola is a Gram-positive non-spore-forming and non-motile genus from the family of Microbacteriaceae. [1] [2] [3]
The Alteromonadales are an order of Pseudomonadota. Although they have been treated as a single family, the Alteromonadaceae, they were divided into eight by Ivanova et al. in 2004. The cells are straight or curved rods. They are motile by the use of a single flagellum. Most of the species are marine.
The Lachnospiraceae are a family of obligately anaerobic, variably spore-forming bacteria in the order Eubacteriales that ferment diverse plant polysaccharides to short-chain fatty acids and alcohols (ethanol). These bacteria are among the most abundant taxa in the rumen and the human gut microbiota. Members of this family may protect against colon cancer in humans by producing butyric acid. Lachnospiraceae have been found to contribute to diabetes in genetically susceptible (ob/ob) germ-free mice.
Gaiella occulta is a rod-shaped and non-motile bacterium from the genus Gaiella which has been isolated from deep mineral water in Portugal.
Nitriliruptor alkaliphilus is a non-spore-forming and non-motile bacterium from the genus Nitriliruptor which has been isolated from sediments from a soda lake in Siberia in Russia.
Acidicapsa dinghuensis is a Gram-negative, aerobic and non-motile bacterium from the genus of Acidicapsa which has been isolated from forest soil from the Dinghushan Biosphere Reserve in China.
Ignatzschineria is a genus of bacteria from the class Gammaproteobacteria. Ignatzschineria is named after Ignaz Rudolph Schiner.
Marinifilum is a genus of bacteria from the family of Marinifilaceae.
Thermanaerovibrio is a Gram-negative, non-spore-forming chemoorganotrophic and thermophilic genus of bacteria from the family of Synergistaceae.
Niabella is a genus of bacteria from the family of Chitinophagaceae.
Taibaiella is a genus of bacteria from the family of Chitinophagaceae.
Oceanisphaera is a Gram-negative and non-spore-forming genus of bacteria from the family of Aeromonadaceae.
Mycetocola lacteus is a species of Gram-positive, obligately aerobic and non-spore-forming bacterium in the genus Mycetocola which has been isolated from the cultivated mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus that is located in Japan.
Mycetocola manganoxydans is a Gram-positive, aerobic and non-spore-forming bacterium from the genus Mycetocola which has been isolated from the Taklamakan Desert.
Mycetocola miduiensis is a Gram-positive, aerobic, psychrotolerant and non-spore-forming bacterium from the genus Mycetocola which has been isolated from soil from the Midui glacier from the Tibet Province.
Mycetocola reblochoni is a Gram-positive, aerobic, non-spore-forming and rod-shaped bacterium from the genus Mycetocola which has been isolated from the surface of Reblochon cheese.
Mycetocola saprophilus is a bacterium from the genus Mycetocola which has been isolated from the cultivated mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus in Japan.
Mycetocola zhadangensis is a Gram-positive, aerobic and short-rod-shaped bacterium from the genus Mycetocola which has been isolated from snow.
Mycetocola zhujimingii is a Gram-positive, aerobic and short-rod-shaped bacterium from the genus Mycetocola which has been isolated from the faeces of the antelope Pantholops hodgsonii from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in China.
Jeotgalibaca is a genus of bacteria from the family of Carnobacteriaceae.
Muriicola is a genus of bacteria from the family of Flavobacteriaceae.
