Nabinchandra College, established in 1969, is a provincialized government degree college situated at Badarpur, in Karimganj district, Assam. This college is affiliated with the Assam University. The college offers various courses in all the streams namely Humanities, Science and Commerce. It has courses for Higher Secondary under Assam Higher Secondary Education Council(AHSEC) and the graduation courses are affiliated to Assam University, Silchar. [1]

Nabinchandra College has similar educational structure like other nearby public colleges affiliated to Assam University, Silchar. As per the university guidelines Nabinchandra College has three years degree(TDC)course program but after implementation of NEP,college adopted Four Years Undergraduate program(FYUGP) from academic session of 2022-2023. [1]

Nabinchandra College also offers Higher Secondary courses in Arts, science and commerce while serves degree courses in B.voc too. [2]
