A beauty pageant or beauty contest is a competition that has traditionally focused on judging and ranking the physical attributes of the contestants. Pageants have now evolved to include inner beauty, with criteria covering judging of personality, intelligence, talent, character, and charitable involvement, through private interviews with judges and answers to public on-stage questions. The term beauty pageant refers originally to the Big Four international beauty pageants.

Laura Beyne; is a Belgian beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Belgium 2012 and represented her country in the 2012 Miss Universe and Miss World pageants. She is also a TV host and has been the host of Belgian TV shows Place Royale and Plug People.

Miss Universe 2013, the 62nd Miss Universe pageant, was held on November 9, 2013, at the Crocus City Hall, Krasnogorsk, a suburb of Moscow, Russia. Olivia Culpo of the United States crowned her successor Gabriela Isler of Venezuela at the end of the event. 86 contestants competed for the title.

Miss Earth 2013, the 13th edition of the Miss Earth pageant, was held on December 7, 2013 at the Versailles Palace in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines. Tereza Fajksová of the Czech Republic crowned her successor Alyz Henrich of Venezuela at the end of the event.
Miss International 2013, the 53rd Miss International pageant, was held on December 17, 2013 at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel Hall in Tokyo, Japan. Alejandra Andreu, Miss International 2008, crowned Bea Santiago of the Philippines at the end of the event. This was the second consecutive year Japan hosted the pageant.
Tereza Fajksová is a Czech model and beauty queen who won Miss Earth 2012. Fajksová is the first delegate from the Czech Republic to win the Miss Earth title.

Mutya Johanna Fontiveros Datul is a Filipino fashion model, actress and beauty queen who was crowned Binibining Pilipinas Supranational 2013. She represented the Philippines at the Miss Supranational 2013 pageant in Minsk, Belarus and was crowned the winner. Datul is the first Asian and Filipino to win the title of Miss Supranational.
Pallavi Gungaram [stage name Pallavi Ram](born 15 December 1993) is a Mauritian beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Mauritius 2013, and represented her country at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant. Pallavi Gungaram is making her debut as an actor in the movie Ocracoke, scheduled to be released early 2021
Kushboo Ramnawaj is a Mauritian beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Mauritius 2014, and had to represent her country at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant but due to personal reasons, she withdrew her participation in December. However, in 2016 she competed at Miss Universe 2016.
Miss Madagascar is a national Beauty pageant in Madagascar.
Miss Universe 2015 was the 64th Miss Universe pageant, held on December 20, 2015, at The AXIS in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Paulina Vega of Colombia crowned her successor Pia Wurtzbach of the Philippines at the end of the event. This is the third time a Filipina won the crown, the first since 1973.
Miss India Worldwide 2017 was the 26th edition of the Miss India Worldwide pageant, held on 8 October 2017. The event was held at Royal Albert’s Palace in New Jersey, United States.
