The Second Van Agt cabinet was the executive branch of the Dutch Government from 11 September 1981 until 29 May 1982. The cabinet was formed by the christian-democratic Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA), the social-democratic Labour Party (PvdA) and the social-liberal Democrats 66 (D'66) after the election of 1981. The cabinet was a centrist grand coalition and had a substantial majority in the House of Representatives with Christian-Democratic Leader Dries van Agt serving as Prime Minister. Former Labour Prime Minister Joop den Uyl the Labour Leader served as Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Social Affairs and Employment and was given the portfolio of Netherlands Antilles Affars, Progressive-Liberal Leader Jan Terlouw served as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Affairs.

Bart Zoet

Hubertus Balthazar "Bart" Zoet was a Dutch cyclist who was active between 1961 and 1969. He competed at the 1964 Summer Olympics and won the gold medal in the 100 km team time trial, alongside Gerben Karstens, Evert Dolman, and Jan Pieterse; he finished 20th in the individual road race. Next year he won the Grote 1-MeiPrijs.

Evert "Eef" Gerardus Dolman was a Dutch racing cyclist, who won the gold medal in the 100 km team trial at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan, alongside Gerben Karstens, Bart Zoet, and Jan Pieterse. His sporting career began with Apollo Rotterdam. He became Dutch champion in 1967 and 1968, but was later stripped of his 1967 title because of doping.

Gerben Karstens is a former professional racing cyclist from the Netherlands, who won the gold medal in the 100 km team trial at the 1964 Summer Olympics, alongside Bart Zoet, Evert Dolman, and Jan Pieterse. At the same Olympics he finished 27th in the individual road race.

Johannes ("Jan") Aloysius Maria Pieterse is a former professional racing cyclist from the Netherlands, who won the gold medal in the Men's 100 km Team Trial at the 1964 Summer Olympics, alongside Bart Zoet, Evert Dolman, and Gerben Karstens. At the same Olympics he finished in 42nd place in the Men's Individual Road Race.

De Graaf van het Hoogveen was a restaurant located in Badhotel Zeerust in Noordwijk aan Zee, Netherlands. It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in 1982 and retained that rating until 1988.

Henk Cornelisse

Hendrik Jan Willem "Henk" Cornelisse is a retired Dutch cyclist. His sporting career began with Olympia Amsterdam. He won a bronze medal in the 4 km team pursuit along with Cor Schuuring, Gerard Koel and Jaap Oudkerk at the 1964 Summer Olympics. He also won the Ronde van Noord-Holland and Ronde van Overijssel in 1962 and one stage of the Olympia's Tour in 1964.
