The Ocean County Jail was located on Sheriff Street in Toms River in Ocean County, New Jersey, United States. It was built in 1851, behind the Ocean County Courthouse, and was both the county jail and the sheriff's house. The historic brick building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 13, 1982, for its significance in architecture and politics/government. [1] [3] It was listed as part of the Old Village of Toms River Multiple Property Submission (MPS). [4] It was approved to be demolished in 2014, [5] and scheduled to be demolished in 2019. [6]
Union County is a county in the northern part of the U.S. state of New Jersey. Speedwell Ironworks was an ironworks in Speedwell Village, on Speedwell Avenue, just north of downtown Morristown, in Morris County, New Jersey, United States. At this site Alfred Vail and Samuel Morse first demonstrated their electric telegraph. Speedwell Ironworks also provided most of the machinery for the SS Savannah, the first steamship to cross the Atlantic Ocean. The site is still open to the public, and has seven buildings on display. The site, now named Historical Speedwell, is a historic site of the Morris County Park Commission. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1974.
Ocean City City Hall is located in Ocean City, Cape May County, New Jersey, United States. The building was built in 1914 and added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 13, 1997. To celebrate its 100th anniversary, it was made the subject of the 2014 Ocean City Seasonal Beach Tag.
The Zabriskie Tenant House was a historic house of the American colonial architecture style called Dutch Colonial on Dunkerhook Road in Paramus, in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States, adjacent to the Saddle River County Park. The Zabriskie family, who farmed much of the area to the east of the Saddle River, built the home to house their domestic workers. It was one of the few structures left in New Jersey directly related to free African American communities in the state, and was a remnant of an African American Dunkerhook community that included several homes and an A.M.E. Church. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 24, 1984, as part of the Early Stone Houses of Bergen County Multiple Property Submission (MPS), for its significance in exploration/settlement and architecture.

The Old Stone Arch Bridge is a bridge located in Bound Brook, New Jersey, United States. It is the second-oldest extant bridge in the US, after the Frankford Avenue Bridge over Pennypack Creek in North Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Built in 1731, it is the oldest bridge in New Jersey. It spans the Green Brook and connects Bound Brook with Middlesex Borough in northern central New Jersey.

A main feature is the stone house of Jacob Ten Eyck, with its Georgian influences. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 16, 2012, for its significance in architecture and community development.
