Hajipur is the headquarters and largest city of Vaishali district of the state of Bihar in India. Hajipur is the 16th most populous city of Bihar, besides being the second-fastest developing city, next to Patna. It had a total population of 1.47 lakh as per census 2011. Mahatma Gandhi Setu is a bridge over the river Ganges in Bihar, India, connecting Patna in the south to Hajipur in the north. Patliputra Junction, Station code (PPTA), is a railway station in the Rukanpura area in the West End of Patna, Bihar. The station, which is governed by East Central Railway and managed by Danapur railway division, lies on the Patna–Sonepur–Hajipur section. Located 12 kilometres north-west of Patna Junction, it has primarily been developed to ease pressure on the city's other two railway stations, through which roughly 350 trains pass daily. It is located near Bailey Road, an important western thoroughfare in Patna. Patliputra junction has become the fourth terminal of the Danapur railway division after Patna Junction, Danapur station and Rajendranagar Terminal.
Jp Ganga Path or Patna Marine Drive is an expressway along the Ganga river in Patna, Bihar, India. It is being jointly constructed by the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) and the Government of Bihar. Jp Ganga Path was planned to ensure a smooth flow of traffic between east Patna and west Patna, and ease the traffic congestion at Ashok Rajpath.
The Bihta Air Force Station is an Indian Air Force (IAF) base in Bihta, Bihar, India. The military airfield, lies 40 kilometres southwest of state capital Patna and is spread over an area of around 900 acres.

National Highway 230, also known as Kisan Path or Lucknow Outer Ring Road is a National Highway in Uttar Pradesh, India which also includes sections of Lucknow Inner Ring Road. The distance to AIIMS Patna in Phulwari Sharif is also reduced due to Digha-AIIMS elevated highway. Census code of Nayagaon is 234491. A power sub-station became functional in Nayagaon under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana in August 2020. An ITI is also planned in Nayagaon. Nayagaon is 12 km from Rail Wheel Plant, Bela, Dariapur Block in Saran. A stadium is being constructed at the cost of Rs 55 lakhs in the sports ground of Gogal Singh Intermediate College, Nayagaon. An inter-modal terminal at Kalughat, Nayagaon is being constructed as part of National Waterway 1 under the government's Jal Marg Vikas project.
Bharpura Pahlejaghat Junction, station code PHLG, is a railway station in Sonpur division of East Central Railway. Bharpura Pahlejaghat Junction is located in Sonpur city in Saran district in the Indian state of Bihar. It is located on the north end of Digha–Sonpur rail–road bridge, while Patliputra is on the south end of the bridge. Pahleja Station is 3.81 km from Sonpur and 11.46 km from Patliputra. It is connected to Sonpur on its east side and Parmanandpur station on its west side. In June 2017, a 20 kW roof top hybrid solar plant with 20% storage facility installed and commissioned at Pahaleja Ghat railway station.
The Outer Ring Road is a under construction 93-kilometre-long (58 mi) 6 lane access-controlled expressway ring road encircling the city of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. It will start from Mandhana on Kanpur Aligarh Highway and will pass through Kanpur Jhansi/Agra Highway at Sachendi, Hamirpur Road near Ramaipur, Allahabad Highway at Maharajpur, from there it will cross Ganga river near Chakeri Airport and reach Unnao district where it will connect Raebareli Highway and under construction Kanpur Lucknow Expressway further it will pass through Kanpur Lucknow Highway and Trans Ganga City and will again enter Kanpur district by crossing Ganga river between Ganga Bairaj and Bithoor and end at Mandhana forming a circle.
National Highway 119A (NH-119A) or Patna-Arrah-Sasaram highway is a proposed 4/6-lane wide national highway in Bihar, India. The NH-119A starts from Sadisopur in Patna district to Suara near Dehri-on-Sone in Rohtas district, via Arrah in Bhojpur district. This highway mostly runs along Sone river.
Chhapra–Hajipur Highway is an under-construction 66.74-kilometre-long (41.47 mi) road in Bihar. It is restored as part of old National Highway 19 (NH 19) and is planned between Chhapra and Hajipur in the first phase. The first phase is planned to be completed by June 2023. In the second phase, the road will be further extended to Patna. The project is executed by National Highway Authority of India (NHAI). NHAI has allotted the construction work to a concessionaire on the basis of build–operate–transfer (BOT). This is a four-lane road and will become part of Hajipur-Chhapra-Ghazipur four-lane Highway (NH 31). The need for this Chhapra-Hajipur highway connecting Chhapra divisional headquarters with the capital Patna has increased after the commissioning of J.P. Setu and Arrah–Chhapra Bridge. Along with this, the importance of this road has increased due to the construction of Sherpur-Dighwara Loknayak Ganga Path will increase
Danapur-Bihta Elevated Road is a proposed elevated road in Bihar. The 21 km road will be four-lane and is claimed to be the longest elevated road in East India. The road will have a 600-metre-long tunnel for entry of vehicles in the proposed civil enclave at Bihta Air Force Station. The project also proposed construction of ramps at four places- Danapur, Shivala Mor, Bihta airport link and Bihta-Sarmera bypass. The road will connect Patna to Bihta Airport via the Danapur railway station and Shivala Chowk.
